UPDATE: I spoke with the manager, and she replaced my full meal at no cost, and the second crab boil bag was much better. The potatoes were still huge and undercooked, though. ORIGINAL: I’ve ordered from here several times. However, this time, my crab legs were cold and tasted old and not fresh. I ordered the 2x’s potatoes and sausage and received one sausage, and the potatoes were still hard.

I love this location. Waitress are always positive and polite. They always make you feel welcomed. Food is also delicious. I get crab legs and shrimp. Very rare, the consistency of the sauce and spicy level is off but most part is on point.

Have given this place a second chance. last Friday ordered 5 pound snow crab and 2 pounds of shrimp total was 190. yes it’s a decent price but what ruined the whole order was the sauce. seriously was disappointed dissatisfied the sauce was super watery non spicy at all. I asked for extreme spicy w extra sauce wasn’t spicy at all just watery. won’t be coming back I will suggest for whom is reading this to try the red crab in Joliet the sauce will satisfy you and amaze you

I’ve been going to the Roselle location pretty much since they opened. The food is consist, always hot and fresh. They staff even know my order whether I phone in or eat in. Whole Shrimp with white rice – a much try!!

My family and I visited this place for the first time last night. At first everything seemed fine. The waitress, Maria, was horrible. She kept forgetting to bring some of the food and drinks we ordered not to mention her demeanor was not the friendliest. When she brought us the check I noticed a 20% service fee, which was $50. I asked her what that was. She explained parties of 6 have an automatic gratuity. I told her she should have explained that. I asked for the manager. Michael came over. I explained to him, she hadn’t explained this to us and next time they should explain to guest with 6 or more that there’s a fee. Then I further explained that Maria was not the friendly and wasn’t a good waitress. I handed him the bill, he stepped back and he placed his hands behind his back and said he couldn’t change the price. I told him not one time did I ask him to change the price, I was simply handing him an already signed billed. He was rude and began telling me good night, while I was talking to him. I told him he was very unprofessional and I asked for his name and a number for corporate. I’m not one to play the race card but I felt this situation would have been a lot different if I wasn’t Black. This place needs to train their waitresses better and their managers need to take a course in problem solving and guest relations. We will never visit the place again. Manager Michael and waitress Maria are horrible.
