Crave

We have been wanting to go here for a while. We’re not “eat in” pizza restaurant types though. We like to pick it up and take it home. We decided to change tonight.

The inside is a small, single unit strip mall store. A few tables outside, maybe 3 tables inside with a bar with seating for about 10-12. They have a few craft beers in tap.

We started with Cheese Nuggets. Small round cheese balls served with marinara. Wife likes hers with ranch. They were very good. Next up, chopped salad. This was very reminiscent of the chopped salad at Andiamo’s Steakhouse in Vegas. Different on flavor but just as enjoyable. I think I could just order this salad and leave and been very happy.

We don’t order deep dish pizza. Ever. Too carby. Delicious, but we probably shouldn’t be eating it. You probably shouldn’t either.

I’m not a nutritionist, what do I know. We threw caution to the wind and went for it. We ordered the supreme. This pizza was downright awesome. After the cheese nuggets and salad we only had a room to eat a couple slices and took the rest home for dinner the next night. The crust was perfectly cooked and soft with that slight crunch on the edge.

If you want delicious pizza, try going here. We will definitely go back. Maybe we’ll try a thinner crust next time.

Fresh pasta!! Crave sauce was a little spicy but super yummy, even the next day. Pizza also tasty. And my martini was delicious too! Small seating area tho, but worth it! I’ll be back!

First time at Crave. Heard about this place from some friends. We ended up getting a deep-dish pizza. Really, good. Would recommend. My only suggestion would either be going closer to when they open or order takeout. They are very limited on seating. They have bar seating, one larger table maybe for 8 and then 3 or 4 tables outside and thats it. Worth it though.

Some of the best pizza in The East Valley.
Very small restaurant with only a couple tables inside and three outside. Most people sit at the bar or do take out.
Did the butter crust, it took a full 40 minutes to get, but was well worth it.

Awesome family owned joint! Great Chicago style dishes, the plates were massive, we were full and had plenty for leftovers tomorrow! Didn’t get around to dessert but they looked and sounded amazing, we’ll be back for more!

We come to Crave from time to time, not as often as we would like, the pizza and service are amazing! They have great salads and appetizers too. Maybe some time we will try other things from the menu but it is our favorite pizza in town. Y’all rocked it again today!

Cute little and I mean little new pizza place in Mesa. They have a very long bar and one table that seats 8 also a very tiny counter with three chairs so this is more of a take out pizza place. We decided to give it a try at 4 pm when they opened, greeted by several staff cheerful and smiles. Sat at the large table with four other people. Wife and I ordered a thin crust half pepperoni and half sausage 14”. We waited about 40 minutes for it when our server came out and said they made a mistake putting pepperoni and sausage on the entire pizza, they brought it out and we picked it apart while they were remaking the RIGHT pizza, we decided to have them box that one and we took it home.
Saturday I decided to warm a few pieces of the sausage side up for lunch. When I bit into the sausage I found out they put pepperoni under the cheese with the sausage. Checking the side with just cheese we discovered more pepperoni, very strange they would get both pizzas completely wrong. I understand mistakes in a very busy establishment but this place was far from busy. The crust also was very hard and not what I would call thin crust! I’ve been eating Chicago style pizza my whole life so I know thin crust and this was not a hand tossed thin crust at all. Well we tried it but in our opinion there are far better pizza places in town. Sorry for the terrible review but it is an honest review. Don’t believe we will give this place another chance after that fiasco!

With so much options for pizza near us, we decided to try this place after reading alot of good reviews. We ordered the Supreme pizza buttery crust pan and chopped salad with ranch. Let me tell you that the flavor of the crust, great amount of cheese, and delicious sauce. We will definitely be back to try other items. We did carry out and ordered over the phone. Staff was friendly and patient with me while trying to decide. Definitely worth going out of our area for this place.

The pizza was delicious, not the best, but very good. Not something I’d go out of my way for, but would definitely eat again if I was in the area. I think it’s a bit overhyped but still very tasty.
Price was a bit high even considering we had a big order, customer service was 3 out 5, we were waiting for our takeout order, they offered us drinks while waiting making it sound as if the soda was complimentary since we ordered over $200.00 in food but then charged us another $15.00 for 3 sodas. Not a great experience.

Overall we liked it, nothing to write home about but very tasty.

The pizza and beer nuggets were delicious. Our complaint is that we ordered ranch (paid for) which we did not receive, and we ordered the Oreo cakester “dessert” which was $4 and was literally just like a frosted Oreo. The picture online made it look like a little cake dessert not one cookie.
