New Chick-fil-A location is Haslet is a very nice facility right off Highway 287.
We came to this location after my son’s middle school basketball win for a quick dinner.
There were a lot of young employees BUT our order came out within wait time tolerance.
My young daughter wanted an ice cream and the manager gave her one on the house.
I saw this location has 2.5 star reviews over all and the main issues were wait time so it seems like they have gotten better and the young staff has got through their learning curve.

This place is exceptional, I highly recommend! The restaurant is kept clean, the service is very fast, and the staff is attentive. They keep the play area SO clean and safe for the kids.
Bring the family out, this is the best, family-friendly restaurant in Avondale Haslet area. If you get a chance to meet the operator, Johannes, you will understand why the store is run so well.

We gave this Chick Fil A at least half a dozen visits before leaving this review.
We LOVE Chick Fil A! We enjoy the menu as adults and prefer their kids meals over other fast food chains.
But….
This location is likely the worst we have ever visited regarding order time. Chick Fil A has normally been the gold standard for fast food chains. Fast, accurate and friendly. This store is good at 0/3. 30 minutes on average in the drive thru. Accurate half the time. Friendly? Poor employees are beat down likely because this store struggles at what Chick Fil A is known for.
I have a funny feeling management is the problem. Take a look at the google review rating and decide for yourself.
If you have 30 minutes of your life to donate to this Chick Fil A, come here. You will find normal food quality and terrible waits.
This entire review was written while waiting in the drive thru.

We had the opportunity to provide balloon decor for Chick-fil-A’s grand opening, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their team was organized, welcoming, and incredibly easy to work with during setup and throughout the event. Everything was well-coordinated, which made the installation smooth and efficient. It was clear how much they value their community and vendors. We truly enjoyed being part of such a special opening and would be happy to work with Chick-fil-A again in the future.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but today was a major exception. I found a rotten cherry tomato in my Cobb salad—a clear food safety concern. When I brought this to the manager Kara’s attention, they were completely unhelpful and refused to offer a refund or even send points to the app to rectify the issue. She was expecting us to come back to the store for a replacement. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer health at this location. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

I’ve been here MANY times, and every time the wait is a massive issue. Today, I had enough. I would give this place absolutely 100 NEGATIVE stars if I could (due to management). Today, I sat in the mobile pickup lane at the drive-thru for over 25 minutes for 2 meals!!! There were 5 cars in front of me. They’ve been open long enough to have worked out all these issues. This has been an ongoing issue since day one. I couldn’t leave. I was trapped and had already paid. So I had to just sit there, angry. My drinks were also forgotten when I brought them up, and the girl went back in and began to talk to her work friends while prepping and delivering other orders. When she came past my car again on the way in, she asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was STILL waiting on my drinks. (The drinks she just told me she was going to get and be right back)
Other Chick-fil-As are so streamlined and efficient. This one is absolutely horrible. Upper Management needs to get it together. I know, from former employees of this location, that they treat their employees horribly, so I can’t really blame them for not being fast when management treats them like crap. DO BETTER IN EVERY AREA…front and back of the house. Customers, save yourselves the headache and drive to the Bailey Boswell Rd location. They have their drive-thru perfected.
Side note: There is absolutely NO WAY the good reviews of this place are real. They have to either be from management, corporate, or management friends. Literally everything I’ve heard from employees, former employees, and customers has been negative.

Absolutely irate right now. Received my order from this location which was delivered to my house and as soon as I picked up the bag it was SOAKED in soup and as I turned to move it in through my door, it fell through the bag and the soup exploded all over my front entry way from falling and hitting the floor. I didn’t realize at first the bag was soaked in the soup or I would have held the bottom at the same time. Also of course I just showered and not only is my whole entryway covered in soup, but now I am as well, so that’s even more irritating. They added the big bowl of soup in with my other food, and since it was already everywhere since before it fell through the bag, I realized after the first incident that it was also all over my other food in the bag. Everything is a sloppy, wet, soup covered mess. Also, none of my sauces were in the bag and we were missing straws. I put a re-delivery in and then called the store to let them know what happened and told them to make sure I have everything this time and requested some common sense of double bagging soup and putting it in its own bag. They said they usually do that. Well not this time. Also, the food tastes worse than any other location I’ve been to.

We used mobile thru this morning! While the regular drive thru lane was wrapped all the way around, mobile thru only had about five vehicles ahead of us; however, it wasn’t moving nearly as fast as the one on Western Center Blvd does. I’ll chalk it up to growing pains of being a brand new location. We ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes.
The breakfast food was good though! CFA quality, served hot and with a smile. The lady who brought our food out did NOT say, “My pleasure” when we said thank you. Like I said, Avondale Haslet location still has kinks to work out.
But no major complaints.

The speed of service here is lousy. A 30+ minute wait for a to go order is completely unacceptable especially when you punish me for not being a Door Dash person and just a guy picking up his own food. I realize this location is new but already 4 months in I think service should be better than what it is. Part of the allure for Chick-fil-A for me is the speed of service and accuracy. This is not at all on par with the brand and when I can go to Whataburger or McDonald’s and get better and faster service, that says more about Chick-fil-A than it does about their competitors. Also, is juggling a prerequisite to being a customer here? If I have a to go order and it’s more than one meal with more than one drink, automatically bring a drink carrier.

On a good day, this place is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever experienced. On a bad day, it’s the worst fast food restaurant in town. Today was a “bad day”. Ordered ahead on mobile, scanned when we showed up, and then proceeded to sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes before we got our food. We watched tons of people in the regular line get their orders before us — many of which showed up after us — and neither moved. That meant everyone receiving their food while sitting in the drive thru either had to eat while sitting in line, or drive home after their food got cold. Why they didn’t have the cars in the front of the lanes pull ahead baffles me. And I still don’t understand the order in which they were making food either. By the time we got our food, they brought us melted ice cream they had obviously prepared earlier and sat aside. When I requested new ice cream so we could finally leave, it took another 5 minutes to bring it out. Other than Brennon (poor kid) none of the other employees seemed to be apologetic, and they definitely haven’t found how to shift gears yet. When you’re stacked up in the drive thru 40 minutes deep, you move faster. Brennon was great though. Move him to a location where he can succeed. I’ve never once had a good experience here since this place opened, which is so unfortunate because we were really excited to have Chick-fil-A open near us. I will not be back. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to Alliance or Presidio. I can make it there and back with a better experience before even getting my food at the Haslet location, and with mediocre service on top of that.
