Second time here my daughters choice for her birthday. Ordered a big bag $80.00 no extras. When I get the check to pay I was being charge 100.00. When I ask why she said let me go find out. Came back oh they put 12 more crawfish in the bag. Well I never asked for extra and she said oh it was my mistake can we have them back. After we had already finished eating and ready to leave. So they gave me a container & gave them back 12 crawfish with my bare hands since I had threw out the gloves already! I literally had just asked her why so much crawfish and can I replace next time because I don’t eat them. So to whomever gets the returned crawfish ENJOY! Lol

I was visiting from New Jersey and was looking for good seafood. I went to 3 different places before settling on Crafty Crab and I’m glad I waited and came here. The service was excellent, the waitress was on point, checking on us every few minutes and making sure we had everything and any time we needed something she would come right back with it, no waiting awhile like other places. And the food was amazing, everything, the crab ragoon, crab bites, mozzarella sticks, fried shrimp, and the crab boil I got (dungeness crab) was delicious . The sausage,potatoes, shrimp, and crab were all so delicious and full of flavor. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for great seafood with excellent service.

My friend and I always eat here and also order to go on a regular basis. Always had a great experience until we ordered to go yesterday and we found a roach in our food. Came back to the restaurant to return it and the manager looked at me all confused and said it can’t be a roach since they have pest control. I showed him pictures of the roach that we found in our food while eating it he asked where we found it, I showed him the bag. Instead of believing it was a roach he decided to open the bag and dig thru it looking for the roach. Had the audacity to say it’s probably potato skins, after I told him no and continued to show him the pictures, he then proceed to look for it. He finally found it and CONFIRMED IT WAS A ROACH!!. He didn’t even show any empathy, the fact that we were eating off it before finding it. He gave me a refund with no apologies. DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT ROACHES!!!!!

I really love the food here. The prices are great. And it’s a great place to go to relax and enjoy the family. The only problem that I had is with management and door dash listing. They do not update their listings on door dash enough. So any promotion giving on door dash when ordered it you’ll pay full price. When brought to management attention with proof thinking they would honor it they didn’t. And door dash stated it was out of their control and I had speak with the store. To me that speaks volumes. So, now if I order I’ll do it at the restaurant and if I can’t get there and need a delivery I’ll go with a different company completely. They may have corrected the issue by now. I’ll probably try again in the near future.

Expensive! I made the mistake of getting crayfish which had good flavor but was tedious to eat. The snow crab was impossible to Crack with the cracker pro b idea because they were mushy. The corn and potatoes were well flavored and our server Chridtina was wonderful! Good ambiance. My husband got the lobster and liked it!

We went here for the first time after stopping by the Lakeland Mall one evening. We had never been to one of these boil-in-bag places, and thought we would give it a try. I’m so glad we did because everything was delicious, and pretty well-priced. We ended up sharing a bag with a pound of dungeness crab legs and a half pound of shrimp. It also came with sausage, potatoes and corn. We added a bag of clams as well. For the crab/shrimp bag we got the garlic butter and the Cajun seasoning and for the clams we just got the garlic butter. The seasoning were phenomenal. And while all of the seafood was tasty and cooked perfectly, the sausage was a surprise hit of the evening. We will definitely be back and next time we plan on ordering a non-boil side item like french fries to go with it, just to get us a different taste to break things up with. Overall great food. What we ordered was plenty for 2 adults who can eat a lot of seafood. Only negative was that our server was super slow when it came to refilling out water, and with the seasoning we definitely could have used a refill mid-way through.

1st of all Princess was a absolute joy, even though quite busy going tables and back & forth she was wasalways pleasant and we were well taken care a smile. Now the food was just ok. The Kitchen made several mistakes on the food QUALITY and again on the quantity. Sauce was perfect but the blue crabs were over cooked to point barely no lump meat just looked like chopped tuna. After 2 returns I gave up. Lastly. The Music in right rear seating is too loud can barely have a conversation because you can not hear person at your table. (Granted there is a bar there but speaker in corner may need to be tuned down.) Overall my friend swears this is usually a good place just not Tonight.
