I typically avoid eating meat, indulging only once a month or even less. However, the ribs at this establishment are so delicious that they make me want to eat meat more often. I find them so tempting that I refuse to share them. The seasoning is just right, and the ribs are incredibly tender and juicy.
The baked beans have a unique flavor with a hint of smoked tallow, and the pickled onions add an extra layer of taste when paired with the ribs. The customer service is exceptional; the staff greets you with genuine smiles and patiently answers questions while providing options.
The prices are moderate to high, depending on how much brisket or ribs you order by the pound, but it’s worth it. It took me three days to finish my ribs, but that’s simply because I don’t eat large portions.
