We had such an amazing experience at Craft Pizzeria in Hayward! From the moment we walked in, you can truly feel the warmth and hospitality especially from the owner. His generosity and kindness honestly made the whole experience even more special. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about every customer, and you can feel that love in the food too.
We tried the jalapeño appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality.
We also ordered a half-and-half vegetarian pizza, and WOW! It was made with so much care. The crust was fresh, the toppings were generous, and everything tasted homemade that comforting, homely flavor that makes you feel like you’re eating something made with love, not just ordered from a restaurant.
Every bite felt thoughtful and authentic. This is the kind of place you keep going back to and yes, we are going again and again! ❤️
Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh ingredients, great vibes, and genuinely kind people behind the counter.

I’m writing this in the moment because the experience was so horrible there is no need to reflect on it. I arrived with my 2 children and we placed an order from a kiosk with no human intervention – there were no other customers in the establishment. Our receipt was tagged at 2:59 pm and the first part of our food order didn’t arrive at the table (garlic bread) until 3:27 pm. At that time no one had brought our 3 soda fountain drinks. I inquired and was then told the Coke was out. Drinks took another 5 minutes – the last part of the order arrived at 3:45 pm. 45 minutes for a personal pizza, tortellini, and a burger in an empty restaurant is horrible.
The he place had potential / lots of TVs (but only 2 were on as we are. The service was slow and unresponsive – no refill even as he approached the table to drop off my burger that I told him to box up!
I eat out a lot and am loath to review or post something negative but this place deserves a hard pass. Maybe I picked the wrong day but I won’t be coming again – EVER!

Oh my God. Best Pizza in town. Thank God. I found this place. They do birthday parties, fundraisers, and the pizza is Fresh. I had the lemon Pepper. My favorite now, and the wings are off the hook Need to try the honey garlic. I recommend this place highly. It’s very kid friendly entertainment and they’re open till 3:30 A.M. 22380 Foothill Blvd., Hayward California in the museum.

The service is great!!! The food taste amazing the pizza here has the best cheese pulls! And they always taste so good!! It’s a nice and clean environment and a fun place to take the kids out to eat! It has a nice arcade and a laser gun game it so fun! It’s a great place to come out with your friends to eat!

There is nothing not to love about thisbplace. Staff is amazing. Pizza is amazing. Ambiance is amazing not to mention all the huge TVs everywhere. Great place to watch some games and have a beer while the kids are enjoying the arcade.
