Friendly service. Came on a Monday night and the whole place was practically empty. Ordered a baked lasagna with extra garlic bread. At first they almost forgot to give me my baked lasagna so when I reminded them of it they quickly apologized and started making my lasagna right away which was piping hot by the way. I have already tried their spaghetti which was excellent however I would most definitely come back again to try their pizzas.

I have been to other locations before and it was fantastic. This time it was a little lacking in food. Ordered a meatball sandwich and fries. Got the whole sandwich, but only 4 fries.

Knowledgeable about Gluten Free and Cross Contamination. Was able to get a pizza to go and it was pretty tasty. The crust on the bottom could have been more solid, as it did crumble while eating but everything else was good.

I picked up two pizzas from here last night and I thought they were pretty great. I got a buffalo chicken pizza and the “craft house special” which is their version of a supreme pizza. They were cooked well, had a good amount of toppings, and were all around very good. The buffalo chicken pizza was one of the better ones I’ve had. There are pizza places in Louisville that I like more, but you won’t find a better pizza than this in Beechmont/Iroquois and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The staff was very friendly and my pizza was ready right when they said it would be. I will definitely be back 🙂

The service was SO slow! I ordered a beer, the server came by twice, second time asked if I got the beer. I said no. He disappeared. Still didn’t get the beer.
We order individual pizzas. My sons wanted thin crust. It came out wrong. I order mine minus sausage and Canadian bacon and mushrooms plus banana pepper..it came out wrong and the toppings weren’t distributed evenly on the pizza which I know may be tough on a individual pizza but I digress. They remade it. I asked for it to go. Got it home and it was wrong too. And I paid for it. I should have checked before we left but it took us 30 mins to get the pizzas then another 15 for the correct ones. We were over it and my kids already went to the car. Maybe next time we will do take out.

Craft house pizza is delicious, fresh and has a lot to offer with great salads and sandwiches too. I especially love the Mediterranean Salad and the craft house pizza.

From out of town stopped in for dinner, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, great atmosphere with excellent staff, our server Taneisha was very friendly and it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance!
