Attended an 11-person brunch for a bachelor party here, and the food was phenomenal. Best chicken and waffles I’ve had in a long time. Lot of high quality food for the perfect price. Staff was attentive and friendly, mimosas were an amazing $5, and the vibes were immaculate. Can’t wait to come back!

Great little local bar with a good happy hour even on the weekends. They make great cocktails. I tried the Smoke On The Water. Personally, I didn’t care for it because it’s made with Mezcal but I wanted to try it. We didn’t have food here, but it looks delicious and will be back for lunch or dinner. They have a huge patio area that can be booked for events.

I went here to celebrate my husband birthday on Valentine’s day. The wagu burger did not live up the hype on all the report and doesn’t deserve the the of OC best burger. There’s wagu patty and pull pork in the burger which made it too meaty. It had a bad meat to veggies ratio to the burger. And the fries is worst than in and out. I ordered beef stroganoff and it was way too salty to eat. The beef was dry and the noodles were clumped. The only good thing about this place was the dessert and the service. I will never return.

Giving 2 starts because the cocktails were amazing but the food was not worth the price. The low stars is really for the back patio. If you are sensitive to movement or your equilibrium is off I would not recommend this place. We ate in the back patio which is very tilted. You’re either eating leaning forwards, backwards, or sideways. It’s very disorienting. And it’s not a slight tilt it’s very noticeable. A few of us felt dizzy and nauseous after dinner because we’re leaning back.

This place is the OG of amazing food at a well-wort price in an amazing pacific coast environment. We highly recommend this spectacular place, especially Frank and Nate. We live in San Clemente, and have been waiting for Rare Society on Del Mar to open, which we did enjoy. But for the price of what we spent there compared to what we get at Craft House, there’s no comparison. The environment is off the charts and the food is truly more amazing. And it still gives you the hometown feeling, especially what we have experienced with Frank and Nate.

WOW! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. So quaintly located right at the entrance of Dana Point, the Crafthouse offers a phenomenal atmosphere and gastronomic adventure. Fresher than fresh, kinder than kind, this place is wonderful. I’m from out of town and I can’t wait to come back for more fresh foods and vibes. What a treat indeed!

I had dinner here on a Friday night. It was my first time at this restaurant and chose it because it was close to the beach we were at and I followed them on Instagram.

This is a nouveau Americana restaurant where the items on the menu sound familiar but the restaurant adds it’s special touch to make it anew. In some cases, this restaurant maybe trying too hard or too much. Did not like the fried chicken dish. I found it’s crust salty then a sauce was placed over it compromising it’s crispiness. If you are undecided, the must tries are the snap peas and shrimp dishes. Ample choices for vegetarians. They have a small but tasteful selection of wine and beers. This is NOT a microbrewery. The name “Craft” seems to imply a microbrewery. Service was friendly and helpful. It is a bit expensive, with entrees ranging between $25 to $30 each at this writing. Parking is limited, with about 10 spaces.

We wanted a new place to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday and wanted to be close to home so we came here. We were hesitant because a friend came when the Craft House first opened and said to us “don’t bother.” Well DO bother! Our meal was fantastic. We started with the clam chowder which was full of flavor, then the mac n cheese also great and my husband had the burger and I had the burrata salad both tasted very good; we topped it off with butter cakes to go since we were full and they were outstanding. The menu had many dishes we were interested in So definitely coming back to try them.
