They were out of the pot roast that my husband ordered so he had to choose something else, which wasn’t the problem. The problem was when our bill came the charge for the pot roast was still on our bill. Took forever to get the waiters attention for him to fix it. The food was very good and the little store attached to the restaurant has so many cute, one of a kind things to buy. Will return

We stopped in at 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning. They were not overly busy. We were seated right away. Service was super slow. Wait staff mentioned refilling coffee but the never came back to do it. The food was delicious but the portions have gotten much much smaller over the years. Referencing the hashbrown casserole in particular. The shop is always fun to poke around in. I always find something fun and exciting!

Ordered online supposed to be brought out to me at 1235 it isn’t. Its sat on a shelf for the next 30 minutes. I go into get it, its cold tastes like a scraped out frying pan. Cracker barrel use to be a good spot, I will never eat at any of there locations again. Its became one of the worst restaurants in this country and deserves to go out of business. I wouldn’t feed the meal we got to a dog.

My wife and I went in 1.11.25 and had an amazing time. The service was great! Our server Dustin was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our food. The manager even stopped by to say hi and see how we were doing. I believe her name was Noelle. It was an over all amazing experience. I haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in a long time, you guys didn’t disappoint!

After ice skating the day after Christmas 2022, we called to make a reservation. The lady Sara on the phone said you have to go to their website to make a reservation and there was a 40 minute wait.
Their website was messed up and it took multiples of us trying to finally get a reservation and on their website, it said there was only a 5 minute wait.
We got there 20 minutes later, there was no wait in line– however we did have to wait 45 minutes after ordering to get our food.
The service was good, our waitress was friendly. I ordered the trout with Mac n cheese and fried apples. The trout was good and so were the apples. The Mac and Cheese was dry and rubbery. 1 of us got chicken and dumplings–at least half of that was left when we left and she didn’t want to take the leftovers home. 1 person ordered a salad with chicken. There was nothing left of that.
The peach tea was yummy. High marks for that.

First time, little bit of a wait but to be expected for a Saturday night. Cheese bites were great for appetizer. Got the steak and chicken dinner with hash brown casserole and Mac and cheese. And rolls and cornbread! Everything was awesome, will be back when I pass through again. Come to the western slope, rumored to get one 2 years back.

Sierra is a great server who works hard and has a good attitude. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn’t back her up. It took way too long to be seated and get our food. Even with a party of 8, 2.5 hours waiting for a table, then waiting for our food and getting through dinner was way too long!
