I feel that Cracker Barrel is completely boring. Biscuits were dry. No gravy available we were told because no milk to make it. The hash brown casserole was flavorless, coffee was tepid and my waitress never checked on me to refill. Every request I had to stop her as she served the table next to us. Radio was EXCESSIVELY LOUD in the restroom!!! I rushed to get out. How annoying.
Decor is dusty, old and boring.
Who even cares to go to Cracker Barrel anymore?

3rd time I’ve been here. The first two times the service was bad. Food came out wrong. This time our server was definitely better. I got the big country with med rare steak tips server said that was fine. Food came out and it was passed well done told the server about it and she just said that’s how it is. Talked to the manager about it and he said the steak tips are on a timer they just throw it in there. I told him it wasn’t even steak tips just big chucks of meat that was way too chewy. I replaced it with ham but I finished my food waited bout 15 minutes and still never came out. The plus side was the server did take off my meal. But I just wanna enjoy my food when I go there

Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes. They are fluffy on the inside with crunchy edges. I made the mistake of eating two biscuits before my pancakes arrived. Note to self, don’t do that. Our waitress was Glenda. She was attentive and very friendly. It was freezing in the restaurant, but outside of that, it was a filling and fulfilling visit.

I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel location my entire life, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience as memorable as the one I had on Saturday thanks to our server, Star. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond in a way that felt genuine and effortless. She was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly friendly, and made us feel truly welcome — not just like another table passing through.
Star anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept everything running smoothly, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the whole visit. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much, but she absolutely made the entire trip worth the drive.
I’ve always loved this location, but Star made this visit exceptional. If you have the chance to be in her section, you’re in for a great experience. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have someone like her on their team.

I ordered the hamburger steak, loaded mashed potatoes and hash brown casserole and it was all bad. The meat was very chewy and not cooked how I asked, the hash brown casserole is definitely from a box and was crunchy and the loaded potatoes were also from a box and consisted of some cheese and bacon. My daughter got chicken tenders which did not taste right at all. Definitely never coming back. The only good thing was the waitress was nice.

I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in decades — last time was on family road trips. It was just like I remembered, and still really good! The gift shop is still my favorite part after all these years. Some things never change, and I kinda love that.

My husband bought $70 worth of toys for my grandkids while we were there. When he came outside (where we were waiting) I asked if he used my phone # so that I could get points. He said no, so we went to the front and I asked the lady if we could still get the points. She said yes if he has his receipt. He pulled out his receipt and gave it to her. She said oh this is the card authorization portion of the receipt, we need the long itemized portion. He said, this is what I was given. I asked if she could pull up the receipt, she said no. I felt this was odd, that they could not pull up a receipt that was only a few minutes ago, but it was Sunday and crowded so I didn’t want to have an issue. I left and said I will call later. He bought 3 toys and the total came to $70, I REALLY wanted the points “pegs” for this large amount. Cracker Barrel, do better PLEASE!!

Food was cold by time we got it. Taste wasn’t good. I had Pot Roast with loaded potatoes, taste like precooked roast then packaged. Floor in ladies restroom was wet, I was slipping, and walk with a cane.

The service was awful. Ordered Garden Scramble, was charge for the 2sides. Server Aaron did not mention there will be an up charge. Spoke to the GMJennifer- explained to her and she said that why you get a menu!!! So would not listen or remove the up charge 3.28. A customer behind in line agreed with me !!! I did report it to customer care , very nice sorry for the incident and gave me a 20$ credit!!!Thank you customer care !
