We ran the service off. Met some friends I’ve not seen in a few months to a few years and was there gabbing for hours. Water service would have been nice while we were there but beggars can’t be choosers. The food looked great for everyone.
They have a veggie plate but not many interesting options for it. So I got Mac and cheese, fried apples, sweet carrots and okra.

I’m on a mission to help a friend collect magnets from every state with a Cracker Barrel, so even though I’m not a big fan, I stopped in at this one. The country store was pretty standard and so was the front area with the rocking chairs and checkers boards. What I always have an issue with is the food and sometimes the service. I have to say, this was the best experience I’ve had at a Cracker Barrel anywhere in the country. Our server was new and noticeably nervous but very sweet and attentive. She even went out of her way to make a wild berry Dr Pepper for me because I had mentioned that I saw a billboard for one! The food was really good too. I had the herb roasted chicken with broccoli and it was all cooked and seasoned well. I’m happy to report that I enjoyed my visit here and might even consider going back if I had a reason to.

Cracker Barrel is a great spot for a hearty breakfast. I especially enjoyed the steak tips, and the biscuit and gravy were delicious! Don’t forget to check out the gift shop and relax by the fireplace while you’re there. The restaurant has large rooms, a fireplace, country decor, wood tables, and rocking chairs on the front porch. The vintage-inspired gift shop has a nostalgic mix of items. Every item hanging from the walls is an authentic antique. You can always count on a good meal with excellent service!!

First off, outstanding service from Stevie! I haven’t had service that solid in years. She had refills ready every time we were about to finish a drink. She was attentive. She brought everything promptly. She was serving a bunch of tables and not missing a beat. And she helped a woman who was having bad trouble the day we were there. If I lived in the area, I’d come here all the time, but I was just passing through. The food was delicious. The sausage and hash brown casserole is insane. (They should add this to the menu permanently.) And the chocolate pecan pie was delicious too. I come from a place where there are no Cracker Barrels. I’ve only been to two of them so far. I’ll keep coming back to the ones by my new home that I’m on my way to!

2/13/25: Deborah was a great server with a cute personality, and she worked our group of six people effortlessly. I’ve never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. FYI, they are huge portions of food. Easily could be shared. I highly recommend CrackerBarrel. Tell him Wade Carter sent you!

Edit- currently at my next visit…waiting outside…wishing we had an outside bar and some cornhole for this long wait-throwing that out there for consideration 🙂 Can’t wait for the food/drinks!
Maybe it’s my age or maybe this place has stepped up its game in the last few years but this is in my top 5 breakfast/brunch places in the OKC area. The staff is always super attentive. The food is great- and for those of us who don’t like to choose just 1 item- there are plenty of affordable options with mimosas! How much better could that be?! Beer or wine preferred- no problem! And a fireplace and games?! I’m sorry for those who don’t agree with alcohol being added to the menu but I believe Cracker Barrel has put themselves in the running for a family fave restaurant!

It was extremely noisy but the waiter, James, was great. We both ordered country ham, eggs, hash browns, bisquit and gravy, and a side of apples.
The food and the coffee were very good.
It was pretty crowded which shows its a great restaurant but it was just too noisy.

I love the store inside the restaurant! The Cinnamon crunch latte was really good, I do recommend trying it! I always love getting the chicken and dumplings. I never get anything else, but I didn’t like how this time they put my side of hashbrown casserole in the bowl with the dumplings. They’ve never done that before. I don’t like them together, maybe that’s just a me thing but I don’t want parts of casserole in my bowl. I scooped it off best I could and put it on a napkin. The fried pickles were good, but closer to the end there’s too much grease in the basket to enjoy the rest of the pickles.
