Stopped in on a Sunday at 10:30. It was pretty busy. We got pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs. My pancakes were some of the best pancakes that I have ever had! I had to tell the waitress and she said we have some really great cooks back there. They were perfectly crispy on the edges and didn’t even need syrup they were so good. Loved the shop part too. They always have great things seasonally and year round great candy.

Had a great breakfast there. When entering and taken to our table, was greeted by our server Crenshaw. He was very upbeat and friendly and was wearing an apron with 4 stars. He was very attentive and gave my wife and I plenty of time to peruse the menu. We placed our order and it was out to us in less than 25 minutes. We both had the Grandpa Country breakfast, with me getting mine with chicken fried steak and her the Sunday home style chicken. Both meals were delicious. I also highly recommend the fried apples.

Wonderful breakfast at Cracker Barrel! When I arrived, we were greeted and told they would be clearing a table as soon as one opened up. That morning they were only using the front section of the dinning room. I told the hostess that I reserved a table online and when she saw my name she cheered up and said follow me (we felt special) . We were able to sit in the next section of the dinning area which was great since no one was sitting by us and felt like we had our own private area. The waitress was fast and very attentive. I ordered a coffee and Mama’s pancake breakfast. I added pecans and whipped cream to my pancakes which brought it to an even better level of goodness. It also came with scrabbled eggs and a side of sausages. My son had the same thing but with bacon. My daughter had the Mama’s french toast breakfast. The french toast was thick, flavorful, and delicious. My husband ordered the Breakfast Sampler which he said was very good and fulfilling. It came with eggs, bacon, country ham, hash brown casserole, apple dumplings, biscuits and gravy (felt like the food never ended). Great family restaurant.

If you’re looking for Southern Soul Food that makes you feel good, you won’t find a better place. Very comfortable environment, always friendly employees and comfort food…what more can you ask?
Chicken fried steak, chicken and dumplings and meatloaf are my go to entrees there. I can’t recommend the steak from here but most would go to a steakhouse for a steak.

Cracker Barrel used to be one place you could consistently find eatable food. Not this place! I ordered chicken dumplings with broccoli. The broccoli had mild on it and the corn bread had some substance burnt into it. It was awful. The chicken dumplings were a glob of watery flour. The coffee was barely warm and tasted bitter.
The server was nice and did his best, but the food was the worst I’ve been served ever. It is obvious that the kitchen don’t care.

The location is great because there is plenty of parking and you don’t have to walk to another parking lot of another business and walk back over.
The wait staff feels a little under staffed. They were kind but seemed rushed and couldn’t spend as much time with our table as they would have liked.
The food itself is great as always! The grandmas sampler is perfect, pancakes, eggs, bacon, ham, hashbrowns and biscuits!

Worse service in a long time for any restaurant. Never have I’ve been to a restaurant that the 1st waitress took you drink order and ask what we wanted then rolled her eyes when we needed another minute. Then we sat, and sat, and sat.. 15 minutes another waitress or manager (because she didnt have an apron on) came over to take our drink order. We said that another girl already took it and she informed us that that girl was having a meltdown .. really who tells customers an employee was having a melt down?
So we gave her our drink order and By this time, we were ready to order and we did.
Then we sat, sat, and sat some more. We waited 35-40 mins for our plates to the point we were going to leave, and the waitress sound ours was up next.
Food was fine. My son got chocolate milk and asked for a refill and not just once but twice the cup was only 3/4 fill. I included a pic of the chocolate milk and how it came out.
When we got our food, my dad told the waitress that he was so upset with service and yet again the lady said sorry but the 1st girl was having a meltdown… yet again, she told us that.
Also, My son went to the restroom where a lady was painting and she told him to step over her.. my son started to walk around and she “yelled” (in his eyes) to just jump over her.
We were all looking forward to dinner and the service was a let down. Besides the food being ok, the host — Drell- I think? Was the best part of the meal besides eating with our family.

CB has always been greet.. Today was not one of those great days. It was an hour wait time before we got a table. 20min before we got someone to get our drink orders and the waitress told us they didn’t have pecan pancakes which they clearly did per the website and menu. It took them 2.5hrs and the food was disappointing. I have never been to a CB this bad before. Serve bad and it was so empty so there was no reason for the wait times…. food upsetting. What a waste of a lovely Sunday.

Honestly pretty rough. Slow service. Food was pretty tasteless. The prices are decent and you definitely get a lot of food for your money, but it was pretty bland. Should’ve probably waited next door for 90 minutes for a steak or gone somewhere else.
