Service was horrible followed by cold food. Waitress seemed completely disinterested. Requested a modification (meat change) that wa allowed and an up charge per their menu. Waitress just brought me something completely different without checking with me. Had to wait for silverware. Came dirty, then seemed annoyed when we asked for new silverware. Never refilled drinks and never asked if we needed condiments or anything else with our cold breakfast. Service and quality has defiantly gone downhill. Will not be going back.

After we were seated, it took almost 10 minutes to order our drinks. One server checked on the table 3 different times before acknowledging our existence. She almost walked away but decided to take our drink orders and said she would get our server. Our server did apologize for the wait because she had been working with chemicals and needed to wash up which we were understanding of. Most of our frustration is at the first server who walked past us 3 times without saying anything when the restaurant was slow.

We went to this place on our way back to St. Louis. I’ve seen it’s ads everywhere on the highway so I’ve decided to give it a try. Well, I’ll say it did not meet my expectation. The waitress did all of our orders wrong. The wrong fried chicken is great, but the wrong fried fish is a bit tiny (you can tell from the pictures). Beside this, the food is ok.

We had dinner here at Sullivan mo. They have really stepped up their game. The food was delicious!!!! An the service was very good!! Will definitely eat there again soon it was fantastic!

Stopped in for breakfast. 3 adults and 3 kids. Got there at 9:30am. We saw it was a little busy and the hostess said it would be 20-25 minute wait. Not a problem. We didn’t get a table until 10:30. Took over 10 minutes for waitress to come by the table. Went ahead and did drink and food orders right then to save time. Table of 7 next to us was seated well after us. By 11:30 we did not have our food but the table next to us had all of theirs. At this point we got up and told the manager we would be happy to pay for our drinks but we won’t be waiting for the food because we’ve had 3 children under 10 yrs old waiting 2 hours. He said we didn’t have to pay for drinks but argued that the table next to us was seated first. Nice lady at that table said no, we were there when they arrived.

They seem to often be short staffed, but we love coming here for Sunday breakfast or dinner on a week night. I’m leaving this review specifically because we’ve had Julie a handful of times and she is AMAZING! She’s always kind and in a good mood, no matter how busy! The whole staff is very nice as well!

Took my wife to breakfast. She ordered eggs over medium with a biscuit and I ordered biscuits and gravy. The waitress came to our table right as we were seated and asked if we were ready to order,we hadn’t seen the menu yet. Then an hour later she served us almost raw eggs over easy under cooked biscuts raw dough in the middle, cold gravy in a small bowl and my half raw biscuits on a plate for 24.00. I showed the waitress and all she did was bring the ticket. We ate nothing paid our ticket and left.We have eaten here for years without any issue. We will never eat at Sullivan Cracker Barrel again.
