When I want to visit my childhood and have pancakes with crispy edges, this is where I go! I’m really simple when it comes to breakfast options. Not only do I love their pancakes, but their sausage patties are delicious too! Usually my cucumber service here is exceptional, but yesterday it was lacking. The waitress definitely wasn’t new because she have FIVE STARS on her apron. Management was ready nice though. I pointed out an issue with my receipt and she was really nice about getting it corrected. The restaurant is always busy, but it is well staffed, efficient, clean and welcoming.

Had a nice dinner for 6. All 6 orders were correct, if a bit slow to arrive. We did arrive at 7 on a sat night so it was a busy time and we understood that. Our waitress was helpful and all 6 orders were plentiful and nicely prepared. Not a complaint at all from the group about the food. I deducted stars from the atmosphere part because there were ants all over our table. Not 1 or two, I killed about a dozen, and had more crawling on me. I realize they are pesky and it can happen but it was not ideal at all.

We showed up there at around 11:AM. I ordered the fried turkey for my meal, my waitress came back and told me the order would not be ready for an hour! So I ordered the trout, it was not as good as usual either. Service at the table was slow and sparratic. Not the experience that I am used to at this location or any cracker barrel. Calling the number stated below in the “owners” response is worthless. No call back, and no “real person” to talk to. If you’re really the owner, let me know. As of today still no contact attempt has been made. Garbage customer service is what you need to expect. RETURNED 12/19/2022 fried turkey is front and center on the menu! The server took our order and came back to tell me they have discontinued it. Then screwed of my Ladies order too so she could not eat what she ordered either. Absolutely freaking unbelievable.

We were seated right away but our food took 35 minutes to get. I ordered the fried chicken which they sent out the wrong kind which was burnt. The carrots were the only thing that I ate. My mom had French Toast which a couple of the slices were burnt as well and her bacon was overdone. We sent the food back. We had wasted so much time we had to leave for an appointment. They did send out the correct chicken for me to take home and did not charge us for the food. As we were leaving I noticed the floors were filthy. It’s really a shame, when we entered we looked around the store and I was prepared to make some purchases. It will be a very long time before I go to Cracker Barrel again and if I do it will not be at this location.

Good atmosphere. Very friendly staff and good service. Went to lunch, only issue is they lost track of our reservation so we waited a really long time to be seated for our party of 6. The rocking chairs out front on the ‘porch’ are so wonderful to have while waiting for your table. Store is chock full of random items to buy. Ordered the Country fried steak (delicious) with hash brown casserole (just okay) and carrots (good, they were out of broccoli) and the most amazing homemade biscuits! Seriously those are good! Rest of my group ordered assorted ‘served all day’ breakfast menu items and a strawberry mimosa and were pleased with their meals. Minus the wait, an overall good experience. Good prices as well. No masks required for vaccinated.

It was a busy day today since it was Father’s Day. We had a 50 minute wait, which was expected for a group of 8. We were in our seats around 11:55 and ordered our drinks. I ordered coffee. When the waitress returned what felt like 20minutes later, she “passed” out the drinks. She never came down to our end of the table, only stayed at one end and then we passed each others plate and cups. When it came time to hand me my coffee, the waitress was holding onto the handle part of the mug while hold it out for me to grab. Which means I was given to hot coffee filled portion of the mug. This was hot. Luckily, I ordered ice water to wrap my hand around and cool it off.

Cracker barrel is one of my favorite places. I love the rainbow trout and also the meatloaf dinners. The chicken pot pie is spectacular. I also like the big boy breakfast with sawmill gravy and biscuits. Our family draws names for a Christmas gift exchange. I always say get me cracker barrel gift card!

The food is always good. The employees are always very friendly and aim to please. I enjoy looking through the store. This particular location is always so busy though. It can be difficult to get through the crowd. I’m not criticizing though. They are in an excellent location. And, as stated, it has some excellent qualities.
