Our service was so bad we have decided to take all Cracker Barrel’s off our list. I’m not sure if they changed the biscuit recipe, but they were hard, not as soft and yummy as usual. The fried apples were cold and only half a serving. My husband said the bologna sandwich he had for lunch was better. The Wednesday special Broccoli and Cheese Chicken was good. The hashbrown casserole was cold. First cup of coffee was cold. We asked for a second and a tea refill and waited long enough that my husband finally went to the car for a bottle of water so I had something to drink to finish my dinner. I should have asked him to bring me a paper towel because the napkin I asked for wasn’t delivered by the server. The bathroom trash was over flowing and bathroom was dirty. Very disappointing evening.

They were out of chicken so we couldn’t order the special. Sierra helped us find a suitable replacement. The food and service while dining were great. The take home meals weren’t as great but we were glad to have the option to bring them to go so we’d have food to eat while we’re working at the casino this weekend. So fun to shop in the store.

We joined the wait-list for a table via the app before we arrived. When we got there, we told the hostess we had arrived and our name was bumped to the top of the wait-list for the next open table. While we waited, we looked around the shop to entertain ourselves.

We always have great service and food here. It’s always busy. They’ve updated their menu with lots of new favorites. We like the chicken pot pie. The meatloaf is good. Their breakfasts can’t be beat. It’s always fun to shop before or after your meal!

The place is pretty nice. I like the country store and all of the different decor and cool chairs outside to sit on. The chicken fried steak was pretty good. The country fried chicken was tasty. The pot pie was off the chain it was so delicious probably my favorite thing on the menu. The staff were pretty friendly and they get your food in a fair time. I recommend this place I will definitely be back.

The guy who greeted my husband and I amazing. My waitress was ok she was nice but kept forgetting to check on us which happens. The food wasn’t good in my opinion I got the chicken fried steak and for some reason everything on my plate was room temp cold while my husbands food was hot. Which I don’t really get.

Not really happy with this visit (only this visit, others great). Ordered take-out, food came out as soon as I got there. It was cold (not usual) when I got home. The hashbrown casserole was off, no cheese, just didn’t taste normal. Hoping it’s just a one time occurrence, as other visits have been much better.

It took forever for a waitress to greet us/get drinks. We actually ordered as she took our drink order. Cracker Barrel is usually fast. This took forever and they were not busy. Food was dried out and had been sitting on a warmer for some time. Biscuits were under-baked. Barely checked on for refills and took a long time to get our check. We were just passing through town so I’m not sure if this is normal.

Our visit was nice. Food was good although it came out less than hot, this might have been because we all ordered different things, but I’m not sure. The restaurant was clean and the store was fun for the kids to buy some treats on the way out.
