Pretty simple. Drive thru, Hamburger steak jr with fries. Chili slaw mustard onion. Got home, no slaw, no onion, maybe a table spoon of chili, and pickles. Really. All for $9. No wonder no one is never there and down at Cook Out!!

Good food, prompt and friendly service. There are only 6 tables to eat at inside the restaurant (maybe 20 seats max). However there are a few outdoor tables with tents are available also. Convenient location.

First, I have been a huge CG fan and patron for 40 years and have eaten at nearly all of the locations here in the triangle with consistent satisfying results. I was surprised they chose a 2nd location here in WF just 3 miles away. They are going to be just catabolizing each other IMO. I made a visit to check it out. Service was super quick. So quick the burger was clearly precooked for a while. No Bueno. The other thing which may seem nit-picky, is the whole place faces south and is in direct sun. One would think they would consider orientation of the building being it’s a new build or perhaps awnings are planned. The day I visited it was fairly cool but still to hot to sit in the direct sun, I can’t imagine in the summer. I wish them all the best but I’ll pass next time I need a CG fix.

The food was HOTTTT, just how hot food should be! The cole slaw was slimy and sticky. It didn’t taste like it should have. It’s a MUST to keep an eye out especially with mayo based foods as they can make people very sick.
The service was amazing.

I ordered an Uber eats and the buy one get one free was a scam. The app charged for both meals when originally it showed 16…final price was 27… don’t fall for the scam. To cancel the order it was 1 dollar more than the original order.

I’m a regular at chargrill this new location unfortunately is not doing well . I ordered $87.00 in food for the family and it was cold and fries were old . Anyone that has eaten at chargrill knows the fries are always hot and fresh. Burgers were also cold and 2 of 3 were made incorrect. On a positive note the manager and staff were very friendly and were pleasant to my wife and I during our visit.

Overall the experience was good and the food was up to char grill expectations. The small area for seating is concerning and the windows being on the western side for sun exposure were extremely bothersome. Needs some type of shading for customers.

It’s in the name, “Char Grill” burgers with that flamed created crust, yum. Served in a no-frills atmosphere. The more recent locations do not carry as much of the retro themes. Square cut frozen fries are as expected when hot.
