Food was good service was ok due to person being kinda rushed so had to ask for the sides when they got back to our table 1 other issue was people parking in handicap spots that didn’t have a plate or hanger and even taking up 2 spots and my mom is handicapped with Ms alerted ppl inside and nothing happened

I ate at Cracker Barrel a couple weeks ago. We waited at our table for 10-15 minutes without service. I finally went to the front desk to ask if we could have a server. When our waitress, Dani, finally came to our table, she was possibly the rudest waitress I have ever had. She started the conversation off with an insincere, “Sorry we’ve been really busy” with an eye-roll. She rudely took our drink orders and made us give her our meal orders immediately. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken, and she snarkily responded with, “What are you talking about? We have so many chicken fried things on our menu.” I pointed at the “Chicken Fried Chicken” on the menu (the item I originally asked for the first time), and she responded with, “Oh, you mean the Chicken Fried Chicken,” with an unpleasant tone. The first couple of interactions with Dani were unbelievable. She made our entire table uncomfortable, to say the least. We all sat awkwardly, in silence, not knowing what to say when she returned to our table. I have never felt like such an inconvenience. After delivering our food, she calmed down and seemed less stressed.

Our waitress was the best. Very attentive and friendly. Good good , as always. Noticed portions are considerably smaller than before. Dumplings were very thin, like tiny scraps. Fish was excellent. My son’s chicken was excellent. Overall it’s still a great place to eat. 3 dinners with drinks for under $50 is a steal nowdays.

Worst service from a Cracker Barrell, put our order in wrong, couldn’t eat at the same time, the paper on my plate was ridiculous, I had fried chicken dinner, dumplings and green beans on the side…plus pieces of the paper that ripped up.while trying to eat….what happened to the little bowls foe your sides? The blue and white paper wasn’t good….otherwise my dinner would have been okay, but due to bad service, won’t return to this one
