Out of all the places to eat, I decided to eat at this location After a hard workout…Yeah, bad choice. As you can see my wrap has little to no chicken in it. As someone who tracks their portions I know what is what, so asked for a manager showed them and they said they weighed it out it’s right” very rudely…” I replied so this is what I supposed be?” They said yes…I knew it wasn’t right didn’t want cause any further conversation that lead to confrontation because that manager wasn’t going to be wrong and had to intentions of making it right…. so i said fine , sat back down and, I ate the lettuce wrap and had to go to another food location to be satisfied… never coming here again or offering from this location again… especially as customer coming to eat inside wasn’t greeted once or offered sauce with my order had go up and ask for some… never again

Our team of 32 Resident Advisors and Desk Assistants recently visited Chick-Fil-A Florissant and had an incredible experience. The owner/operator, Korian, took time to provide a thoughtful and engaging lesson on customer service that was both informative and easy for our team to connect back to our work in Residential Life. It was nice to see how Chick-Fil-A puts service practices into play intentionally to create an experience for guests when they come into Chick-Fil-A .
They were extremely accommodating, welcoming us as a large group and providing space for us to gather and learn. A huge shoutout to Ms. Sheryl for her support during the presentation, Khrystal for taking all of our orders swiftly and with impressive accuracy, and Evette, Torre, and Mr. Michael for their superb hospitality throughout our visit. The food was hot, the service was quick, and the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for during our visit.
If you’re ever looking for customer service training for your team or just want to stop in for a bite to eat and leave with a smile on your face, Chick-fil-A Florissant is absolutely the place to go.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. I don’t know if management is unaware of what’s happening with the night crew or simply tolerating it, but the customer service we received was completely unacceptable. The employee taking our order repeatedly interrupted us, glared at us, and seemed far more interested in chatting with her coworkers than doing her job.
It was honestly shocking. While the employees at the window were polite, the order-taking staff at night are clearly lacking basic professionalism and customer service skills.
Both my fiancé and I were so taken aback that as soon as we pulled away and closed the window, we looked at each other and said her attitude was incredibly rude and out of line. We have never been treated this way at any Chick-fil-A.
To be fair, the issue appeared to be specifically with the girls taking orders — they were busy talking among themselves and not paying attention to customers. Management seriously needs to step in and address what this location has turned into.

Well Chick fil a has not been the same since the sale of their name. The ingredients even changed a bit. Great vibes great service great atmosphere but the food doesn’t taste the same for the 4th time. Unfortunately Culvers has been my go to Chicken sandwich. And grab sauces from chick fil a smh

Pre lunch rush, fries were fresh and tasty, everything was correct, all condiments were present and accounted for. Mac and cheese was not bad, I ordered the chicken sandwich with no pickles, seemed like it could have been fresher or warmer. Had to pull around and wait on my wife’s grilled chicken sandwich. Overall a good meal but I’m kind over the chicken sandwich, they don’t seem fresh as they should be. Maybe nuggets next time.

Received the wrong order. I went back in line. Felt like the staff thought that I was lying. After looking at my receipt they realized that I was telling the truth. After all of that inconvenience they threw away the wrong items. At least after spending my time and gas I you would think they would’ve offered me something. Yeah probably won’t go back to that one. The one near the Galleria is much better. Never received the wrong items or weird stares. You would think that the Galleria staff was my race, not at all. Tables turned on me.

I visit Chic Fil A restaurant at least 3-4 times a week. One of my favorite places to get lunch. The Florissant location is by far the worst one I ever go to. I only go to this location out of convenience and definitely not often. No matter what time of the day I go. No matter what I order my food is never hot and fresh never. I never have this problem from the surrounding locations. They need to visit other locations and get some training

i understand food takes time but watching 6 cars in the left lane get their order taken that pulled up after me, simply because the person on the right lane taking orders did not want to move along with the cars. they sat there in the booth and waited for enough cars to move to take the next order. it backs up the line so much. something that could take 10 minutes took 25 minutes because of laziness. luckily the young lady that finally decided to come out and tackle the line was very kind and funny. i unfortunately didn not catch her name but she is the only reason i’ll give two stars. do better in your lazy employees!!

The kindest staff at any Chick fil A I’ve ever been to! Michael, Madison, and Donny are three specific people that hang been so kind! The rest of the staff had been amazing too. The food is always hot and fresh. The orders come out quickly. The tables are decorated with fresh flowers! They also have complimentary butter mints
