First time in Cracker Barrel! The shopping inside was a pleasantly great experience.
I also really enjoyed the game on the table – can’t remember what its called. The Catfish and shrimp was good! Couldn’t care for the accompanying toast though.

Of course you have to go through the Country Store to enter and exit the restaurant, in hopes you might impulse buy.
The food is comfort food, you really can’t go wrong. The tables have the traditional triangle peg game.

Same old cracker barrel. Mediocre food, we had breakfast & lunch. Portion size was good. Quick service. Lots and lots of cute and nostalgic items available in the gift shop. I probably would have bought more if I could maneuver around with ease. Everything is ki da crammed in there. Staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & kind.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Cracker Barrel in Brighton. From the moment I walked in, the experience was welcoming, warm, and memorable. Anne (I believe that was her name) was absolutely incredible—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while assisting me in the shop. Also her coworker that was also at the cashier at the time hopped right in and offered team work to help bag. Truly a representation of a teamwork.
Her friendly, welcoming demeanor honestly made me want to buy everything in the store! She went out of her way to help me find items, made sure I didn’t miss anything, and took the time to point out pieces I would love. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.
I especially loved the kitchen décor and the lunch boxes—everything was charming, nostalgic, and beautifully displayed. Anne’s attentiveness and positivity made the entire shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. Employees like her are exactly why customers keep coming back.
Such a wonderful visit—I’ll absolutely be returning!

Normally I wouldn’t share a pic of the bathroom. I Normally would not eat at a place with a dirty bathroom. If they don’t take care of the front of the house they definitely are not taking care of the back. The toilet was soiled and bathroom very dirty. There was a employee playing on his phone standing in the bathroom. After seeing all the publicity over last few weeks I wanted to go and check out their country fried steak dinner. I was a bit disappointed. It was served cold and had a ruberish texture. My girlfriend on the other hand received a very good meal no complaints with her. I did ask our server for her suggestions and she said the fried chicken was the better choice. Maybe I’m to picky. I did buy a lot of candy at their store however. Our server was friendly and efficient.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Server Evylin and the manager Bryan were awesome service, they deserve a raise.
We haven’t been back since a year ago. Food was cold, service was fine.
This time food was piping hot, food looked awesome. Service was amazing. Glad we gave it another try!

Hello, We enjoyed a really good lunch today at the Brighton
Cracker Barrel. We started with the onion petals and they
were quite good! Amanda was our server…she was
really friendly, efficient and just seemed very comfortable
in this role…..a natural!
We hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in quite some time and we are really glad that we decided to go there today!

This is the 2nd recent visit… very chinsey on the sides that come with the dinner.. I asked the wait person why my wife’s serving had a lot more carrots than mine. Her response: it must be because she’s a woman”. She never offers to set more carrots. Potato casserole was also just warm ( not hot) and the serving size continues to lesson… Meatloaf is always good and a good proportion.

I went here for breakfast. I asked my waitress about a couple things and told her I’d never been there for breakfast. She said she’d give me time to look at the menu and she walked away…while I was still talking. I had to turn to look at her because she made no move to step back to my table…
I ordered the bacon skillet and it was barely warm. I told my waitress and she said “oh” and walked away.
When I checked out, the short, older, gray haired lady at the register didn’t even speak, not even after I said hi…she never made eye contact either, she just kept talking and gossiping to her coworker about how hard the 9 hour shift is. She boldly and deliberately ignored me as I paid my bill. I don’t understand why anyone goes here. This place is horrible.
I’ll never go back.
