Absolutely delicious! Even though the restaurant was busy, I received my food super quick. Their chicken and dumplings are always a classic. The cole slaw was crisp and fresh. Excellent service..

Have you ever wondered what a restaurant in Heaven is like? This is definitely it. Not only is the food amazing — especially the honey butter chicken , the salmon, the green beans , the carrots , and the corn bread muffins — but the people who work here are literal angels who walk the Earth .
Miss Morgan gave us the best customer service we have ever had. Ever. She made sure everything we ordered was perfect, she brought us refills of our drinks the second we finished each one, she made our service dog feel exceptionally welcome, and even while simultaneously taking care of everyone else in a crowded restaurant, she took the time to get to know us and listen to each of our stories. She has a beautiful family, and they are highly blessed to be surrounded by her love .
Miss Morgan said she was happy to meet us and that we were fun to take care of, but nonsense: Miss Morgan is the fun and interesting one. We are so honored to have met her, and we can’t wait to come back and see her, Miss Ashley, and Mr Chad the very next time we’re in Kokomo.
Like Miss Morgan, Miss Ashley is another angel . Her biology students are very lucky to have her. She is a teacher, like I am, who works multiple jobs and commutes an hour each way to take care of her family, and the smile on her daughter’s face in their family photo proves how happy they are. Trust me: no one is busier than a teacher with a family; yet Miss Ashley also made the time to get to know my husband and me, to hear our story, and to share her story with us.
And Mr Chad? Awesome manager. We can see why his employees are so happy and so great at their jobs. Mr Chad is a very talented artist . His sense of style and his taste in late 19th Century architecture are phenomenal. Our friends Matt and Anthony would be highly impressed, and if they come up from South Florida to visit us at our house in South Bend , we’re going to bring them to Cracker Barrel in Kokomo to meet Mr Chad.
One last shout-out: the young gentleman who works up front, whose father serves in the US Air Force also went out of his way to be kind to us. We will lift him and his father up in prayer , especially whenever he may have to fight for our freedom .
Does this sound like a typical restaurant experience? Of course it doesn’t. It sounds like a new group of friends whose paths happened to cross over some 5-star food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in an Indiana town at just the right moment. No coincidences.

Anyone who goes to CB should already know that they can count on a consistent experience. What is different are the people, many are good- a few are great. Dara’s service was just that- great! I felt seen, understood and got exactly what I needed, if if I did know. That’s a skill I’d come back for. Thanks Dara!

Everything was hunkydory. The waitress was a nice lady. Made sure we were good and went out of her name. The food was spot on. Told waitress that Chef Ramsey would be proud of him. He said he needed to be on his show. This was a few days ago on Tuesday. The store was awesome and nicely decorated.

I’ve always loved Cracker Barrel. They are always consistent with the food and the customer service has always been great. The employees are always very friendly and outgoing. I love the fireplace and the nostalgia of the decor. The candy selection is unique and big. I like stopping in here right before Christmas because the Christmas decorations are just beautiful. I bought my brother in law one of those light up beer mugs and I thought it was cute and he’ll get a kick out of it for Christmas. Have a wonderful day and Merry Christmas to all of you.

Decent service, and Cracker Barrel’s pancakes are always hard to beat. The crispy edges are the best part! They sell their pancake mix in their store too. It’s the only mix we use when we cook pancakes at home. The loaded hash brown casserole is always good, and my wife tried the strawberry cheese cake pancakes and really enjoyed them. Their regular coffee is always good, but I was a bit disappointed today in their iced salted caramel latte. The flavor of the coffee itself was just not as good as several other places I have tried recently. Overall though, Cracker Barrel is always a solid option for a good breakfast in Kokomo.

What a terrific Cracker Barrel! Super Friendly Staff! Absolutely clean and welcoming with a cracklin’ fire! Smiles on everyone from the tall host, to our server Mariah! I had the Barbeque Chicken with mashed potatoes and corn! WOW! Juicy, and tasty, and hot! This is one of the finest stores I have visited!! Thank you everyone for a wonderful meal!! The new Wild Berries Tea is excellent!

Our server was awesome, but the food is another story and the manager didn’t seem to care but the gravy on my husband’s country fried steak and the gravy for biscuits and gravy was the WORST Gravy Either of us had ever had. It tastes like grease and some flour to make it the consistency of gravy but no flavor other then straight grease. Absolutely nasty!!!!
