Everything was good, food, service… we even got called sooner than I thought because it was Sunday morning and they were packed. I’m only disappointed with the app because I had a reward for signing in, which was the main reason we returned, and it disappeared. I don’t know if it had an expiration date, but it doesn’t seem right.

My return to Cracker Barrel after several years was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant maintains its warm, inviting atmosphere with all the rustic charm, but the food quality has notably improved. The biscuits arrived warm and fluffy – no more hockey pucks of the past – and my breakfast bowl skillet was perfectly prepared without being greasy. Each ingredient tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The prices remain reasonable, and the service still has that signature down-home friendliness. They’ve successfully updated their food while keeping the cozy comfort feel that made them famous. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

The ladies who serve our group every Friday morning are wonderful and we are so thankful for them.
I’m glad to see that you have returned turkey sausage to the menu but I don’t like the fact that you charge more for it than your other meats. When you used to have it on your menu, it was the same price. I don’t eat beef or pork and you make me pay more for a meat alternative, yet if I choose no meat that comes with my meal, you won’t give me a discount. Not very customer friendly.

I will be filing a lawsuit. I made a mobile order and specifically said no onions or papers as i’m allergic, and they put them in there i went back asked for another one and they did it again so im very disappointed that i have to write this but as a company you need to do better and listen to your customers I AM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS and you have caused me a hospital visit.

Went to Cracker Barrel after long absence. What a change. The store has been refreshed and you can see merchandise easily, a place to wait for a table; all much improved. The menu now has a good salmon dinner, tried it, good. Carrot Cake is back; yes, it was good also. Good refresh. I will be back.

Haven’t been to Craker barrel in a long while. Everything was perfect! Fireplace was going, hostess was very nice. Brinley our waitress was 10 stars. Very sweet, attentive, made suggestions and checked with us throughout our dining. Food was wonderful. Only suggestion would be , bring back the biscuit basket instead of a selection of 2 per person. Store staff very helpful and nice to hear Merry Christmas!! Will definitely be back. Felt like hometown hospitality. Definitely ask for Brinley’s section. She will put a smile on your face.

Tried Cracker Barrel again after saying no more.
Complete new menue?
Limited selection on 2 for 19.99.
Had to choose from that selection to be able to afford to eat lunch.
Other selections 14.99 or more too expensive for 2 senior citizens for lunch or a family of 4.
Got hamber steak when it came to table I said where are the onions and was told it was my place to request?
Should have been asked do you want onions.
Ordered cinnamon rolls the desert and they were hard .
Ordered biscuts and asked for blackberry jelly.
When brought to table only 1 packet of blackberry jelly.
Asked for boxes to take home food not eaten.
Styrofoam containers not sturdy as former black containers previous used.
Asked for bag for biscuts to be taken home and a thin very small flimsy bag was given.
Bag started tearing before I even go to register to pay bill.
I had to ask for a sack to be able to carry my items.
We had to order water because drinks started at 3.50 each which would have added a significant amount to be bill.
I guess Cracker Barrel penalizing customers who still want to eat there for the disaster of money losing re branding.
Now I am done no more.
My friends I have talked to agree.
So sad.
All you had to do to increase traffic was to give better prices to start with.
Food nostalgic atmosphere and shopping gifts you couldn’t find anywhere else was fine and why we all came.
We didnt change but Cracker Barrel I guess didnt appreciate our business.

Nice restaurant with the usual Cracker Barrel yumminess! The fried pickles are amazing as always! We went there on a Saturday night and surprisingly the place was empty, so we were seated on arrival.

Food and service was great! The classic fireplace was burning which was awesome. The only gripe I have which is why only 3 stars, is that I wish the hash brown casserole tots would be brought back. They are so good and I always looked forward to having them when we would go to Cracker Barrel, but now I don’t get them anymore.
