We were in town for a winter guard event in Dayton and were heading home when we stopped at store # 310. They were very busy but our waiter Ryan F was the best server I’ve had. He immediately asked us for our drink order, apologized for the little wait that we had and then offered to take our food order in the same go. He anticipated everything from our need for refills, to our need for jam, to our to go containers so that we could get back on the road without even needing to asked. I served as a waitress for seven years; I was so impressed with the great service and that’s exactly what I got when we visited the Springfield Oh location. Best dining experience I’ve had in the last couple years.

Baked potato wasn’t done. Not sure why we had to wait to long on our food Also when she said asked me what sides she didn’t tell me there was an up charge it was right there with sides how would I have known Didn’t get the meat I’d ordered. Second time in a month thought we should have learned don’t think we will give you a third. No more our families meeting up there.

Came in at 10:40. I wanted lunch. They don’t serve lunch until 11am but the awesome waitress asked and they accommodated me with my fav chicken fried steak. Everything was great. Will be back while passing through.

Believe it or not this was our first time at a Cracker Barrel, and I can’t believe that I’ve been missing out on this amazing food and service all these years. The wife and I both ordered completely different meals, and were both pleasantly surprised that everything was fantastic. I especially loved the meatloaf! Our server was fast, friendly, and attentive but not overbearing. This will be a regular dinner spot for us from now on! I took 1 star on the atmosphere, just because it was a bit louder than I’d have preferred, but it was busy. All in all I can’t wait to go back.

I came to this location on a quick weekend trip. Everything was fresh and good. I’ve been to many Cracker Barrels and many of them have seemed to lost the good quality food the brand has been known for. This was a nice exception. Definitely will recommend this location.
