The food was really good — everything came out hot and tasted fresh, just like you’d expect from Cracker Barrel. The only downside was the service; it was noticeably slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. Still, the staff was polite and friendly once they made it to the table, and the overall experience was pleasant enough to earn 4 stars. I’d definitely stop by again, just hope for a little quicker service next time.

Normally I have great food and very good service. But not this time . I ordered the fried apples as one of my sides. They had the taste of onions horrible when I’m allergic. The mash potatoes were great just much smaller side that usual. The country fried steak tasted like a hamburger but very dry and smaller . The biscuits were super small and dry as well. I ended up throwing up before we could leave because of the onion allergy. No joke .. manager didn’t do anything other than take the apple cost off my bill . I paid for 2 full meals and only one of us left with a full tummy. The Iced tea was wonderful

Slow service by our waitress in getting our order. Her co-worker bailed her out and got our drink order to get us started. Meals were lukewarm and my chicken tenders were rubbery. No doubt sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. Good note was they had my favorite BBQ sauce, Nashville hot. Next time we will drive 25 miles north and go to the store in Paducah.

I always used to love CB’s food but as of late I went to several and the quality of food is just not there. Go back to the original, original meals. Back to your old suppliers. I don’t know what happened but the food does not taste as good. The chicken and dumplings are the only things that have remained about the same. The steak was grisley, the meat loaf and mashed potatoes was horrible, the fried fish had no flavor and the food was cold. The mashed potatoes were like old baked potatoes mashed and cold. Very disappointed.

Every year I take my adult children, Grands & Great-Grands to Ctacker Barrell for our Christmas get-together. Everyone can order their favorite, we get to spend time together, I don’t have to cook or clean-up. 14 of us were able to attend & it was great, as always!

Andrea (please forgive any misspelling) was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job. She was friendly, efficient, professional and detail oriented. She was helpful without being intrusive. She kept our drinks filled without being asked. She knew the menu, made recommendations based on her knowledge, received and delivered our food order accurately, and correctly added additional to go food items to our order upon request. She made our dining experience very enjoyable.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Mordecai and the lady working with him were very professional and helpful. The food was great as usual, but I deducted stars because my takeout order was missing 1 of the vegetables. I found this when I got home that 1 side was left out of my order.
