I want to say thank you Micheal for the great service and attentiveness you have given us on our night out at the Cracker Barrel. I appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us when we had questions (although you had several tables you). We never felt rushed or unwelcome. Great customer service, definitely look forward to coming back to Cracker Barrel.

We have eaten many times at this Cracker Barrel and most of the time it’s really good. Today we ate breakfast and had the Sunrise pancakes with meat. We also had the plate of 3 meats, bacon, sausage and country ham. Was a good, filling breakfast. Due to having the app, we got our breakfast BOGO which made it even better! So get the app and visit your local restaurant. Brittany was our server and she did a fantastic job. She was running herself to death because the place was full and crowded. Great job.

Food was excellent. My friend and I went during the more busy hours so it took a little longer to get out food but overall it was very good.

The Cracker Barrel in Georgetown, Kentucky, offers a mix of impressive service and mixed culinary experiences. During my recent visit, the host, who was also doubling as a waiter, provided extraordinary service. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency were notable, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well-cared for despite the busy atmosphere.
The food, overall, was well-prepared to order. The steak, cooked perfectly to a medium-rare as requested, stood out for its precise preparation. However, its quality left something to be desired. Despite being a strip steak, it was surprisingly tough, making it less enjoyable to eat. Additionally, the garlic butter topping, while flavorful, felt misplaced on a breakfast steak, detracting from its suitability for the meal.
The rest of the meal was satisfying, showcasing Cracker Barrel’s consistency in delivering comforting, homestyle dishes. While the steak fell short of expectations, the exceptional service and effort put into the food preparation deserve recognition.

Hamburger patty is now a pre-made compacted patty. They use to be one of the best hamburgers now they are mediocre at best. Atmosphere needs to be more like it was originally with all the antiques now just a very few scattered on the walls. The waiter we had did a good job. The chicken fried chicken was really good And had a big portion. The catfish option you use to get one or two pieces now it is two or three sides and two pieces. I would like to see the option of one or two fillets come back as an option. Last couples times I eat the hashbrown casserole they had changed it to a hard over cooked pile of something. They need to go back to the original recipe and method of cooking for hashbrown casserole as well. Only reason people have quit coming is because they have changed so much from their original recipes and decor.

Nate was our server and he was very kind and quick. We all loved our orders – I usually get the country fried steak. But my friend on the hash brown shepherds pie… that was amazing. I’m drooling thinking about it!
I also got a hello kitty mug that gave me a good laugh. I saw it on the way in and couldn’t stop thinking about it. So I had to have it when checking out.

The food was very cold when we received it. The fried okra tasted old. Super disappointing when you want a good Cracker Barrel meal but everything that comes to the table tastes old and cold not even a bit warm.

Chase was awesome. The seating guy was the best. He was very friendly. The cashier is not fast. The store had a great selection. The food was fantastic.

The Georgetown, Kentucky Cracker Barrel was at one time the 3rd busiest in the chain. While still a viable location it has retreated from that lofty spot. Tonight’s experience was middling. Initial service was slow despite a near empty restaurant (6:45 PM). The waiter was normally friendly and accommodating. Food came out quickly. The server (not the waiter) was asked for a condiment and never came back. We finally just went to the door of the kitchen and asked. Food was good! It’s clear that CB has significantly reduced portions from what they once served. There were lots of seasonal and other items to buy in the store. Plus points for having items for military veterans. Minus points for being next to Toyota’s largest manufacturing site in the world and having no display of Toyota items, but a big display if Ford. No problem with Ford, but what a message to send to thousands of Toyota workers and their families. Chicken stuff, too. My wife loves that. This CB wins some and loses some.

Idk maybe it’s time is the reason but this whole franchise has went to the crapper. I have been eating Cracker Barrel for 30 yrs. I had a ny strip Friday night and it was garbage tasted like it was cooked on a dirty flattop. The waitress was a nice young lady named Kennedi she was so so sweet I appreciate when the youth are respectful and act like they have some sense so that’s why you got 20$ on a 15$ ticket Ms.Kennedi
