We stopped in shortly after 8 PM and placed our full order right away. There were three of us and we each ordered fried chicken. The order took an excessive amount of time to arrive. In fact, we finished off a basket of biscuits while waiting. The chicken was tough and we had to request knives so we could cut it. (What’s up with no knives?). I got a box to take part of mine to my dogs. Once 9PM rolled around, the waitress immediately started clearing our table. I get that they close at 9, but it wasn’t our fault the food took so long to be served. As I retrieved cash from my purse for a tip, the waitress took off with my glass of tea! Eh! Part of the tip money went.back in my purse to purchase a drink elsewhere on my way home. I will say the waitress was nice.

Our server Kate was super nice and friendly. There was a mix up with some of our food and it caused it to take longer to get to us. However, our server offered us biscuits and cornbread, a free dessert, and a salad. The food was amazing and she was very apologetic. Just over the top customer service.

I really love this store. My Wife and I decided to shop only that day. Unfortunately, we felt hounded by the employees. We were stopped 7 times by employees asking, finding everything ok. What are you looking at, and so on. Some were very friendly and helpful, however, some made us feel uncomfortable, and we stopped shopping and paid for our items. I understand helpfulness, but when it is overdone, and how we were sometimes approached gives the reverse effect. One person stopped us three times in a 20 min span. We always go here and feel very uncomfortable and hope that proper training is done by employers to fix this. It was very excessive and ruined our normal enjoyment to shop at this place.

We love Cracker Barrel, they never disappoint us. We travel all over the country in our travels and visit many Cracker Barrel’s on our journeys. Today for breakfast we shared a Momma’s Sampler, a nice meal to share. Our server Bailey was very attentive, quick service and we enjoyed our meal.

Fantastic food for a great price. I absolutely loved the greens, cornbread, fresh steamed broccoli and signature fried chicken. A meal that can’t go wrong! I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. The place has a really neat store with snacks, clothes, nicknacks, other miscellaneous products to buy. It’s interesting to shop for a bit and see what they have. Great family friendly restaurant.

Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel. In other words the food is the food, it’s consistent no matter which cranberry barrel you go to. So truly the only rating comes from the service. Our waitress was great, as far as I know because we were seated and she took our order quickly when she left the table she announced she’d be back with the biscuits,,,, then we waited and waited and waited and waited some more. Then we were told they are plating your food and then we waited some more. You were told it’s been a “busy” weekend. Probably true since it’s Saturday evening after a big event at the Horse Park. Anyway we finally got our food delivered by the hostess and plastic utensils because apparently it’s too busy to wash silverware. Still no biscuits and I left out the fact that my un-sweet tea was sent back 3 times because it was sweet. Hopefully the next time we stop at Cracker Barrel it won’t be a”busy” weekend.

Haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in a long time, and I won’t be going back. The food was cooked poorly, and the cook didn’t have much to work with either for ingredients. The egg was not cooked as I requested (over easy), there was one pathetic small sausage patty that was rubbery like it was reheated in the microwave. The hash brown casserole was a glob of starch unrecognizable as hash browns at one time. Again, it was a microwaved mess. The others in our party did not like their food either – a hamburger that was totally dried out, fries that weren’t cooked all the way, etc.

The Georgetown, Kentucky Cracker Barrel was at one time the 3rd busiest in the chain. While still a viable location it has retreated from that lofty spot. Tonight’s experience was middling. Initial service was slow despite a near empty restaurant (6:45 PM). The waiter was normally friendly and accommodating. Food came out quickly. The server (not the waiter) was asked for a condiment and never came back. We finally just went to the door of the kitchen and asked. Food was good! It’s clear that CB has significantly reduced portions from what they once served. There were lots of seasonal and other items to buy in the store. Plus points for having items for military veterans. Minus points for being next to Toyota’s largest manufacturing site in the world and having no display of Toyota items, but a big display if Ford. No problem with Ford, but what a message to send to thousands of Toyota workers and their families. Chicken stuff, too. My wife loves that. This CB wins some and loses some.
