I had an incredible experience ! The food was delicious, but the service and management really took it to the next level. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the manager Gigi went out of their way to check on our table, making us feel truly welcome and valued.
To top it all off, the carrot cake was phenomenal—moist, perfectly spiced, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find such a great combination of southern hospitality and top-tier dessert. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to our server, Sonya! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. My husband and I both ordered the Grandma’s Sampler with pancakes, and everything was absolutely delicious! hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly! Sonya made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us at just the right times, and made us feel truly welcomed. Great food is always a plus, but outstanding service like hers makes the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you, Sonya, for such a wonderful meal we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been to over 50+ Cracker Barrels through out my travels and might I say this one has got to be the worst I’ve ever been to. We were seated really quick. Our server Sonya ( not sure of the spelling) was polite to begin with but as we were placing our order you could tell she really didn’t want to be there. I ordered 2 eggs over easy ( they were over cooked) no runny yoke at all. Toast (the worst tasting bread I’ve ever tasted) Hashbrowns (ice cold) Sausage patties (looked and tasted like yesterday’s leftovers) definitely not freshly cooked. My wife ordered Steak ( was supposed to be cooked medium well was actually medium rare) my wife doesn’t like under cooked steak and Eggs and one pancake( it was so cold the butter never melted) Did we complain no because that is what reviews are for. That’s why the food and service only received 1 * rating. I wouldn’t even complain but we spent $47 dollars for food plus another $100 in their store. My wife bought something that was supposed to be $39 and the cashier first tried to charge her $199 and the sticker clearly said $39. It took my wife complaining 5 different times the cashier was ringing it up totally wrong. ( normally we pay with a debt card and never take our receipt or even check it. We just pay and go)We only live less than 15 miles away and always try to go out for breakfast. We will definitely not ever be going back to this one ever.

First off we had a very new waiter who needed way more training, however he was friendly but really needed to be shadowed with someone experienced! He really messed up our orders and didn’t refill drinks though asked 3 times! I waited for a manager 20 minutes and one never showed up to talk to me! Definitely a management issue on a NOT busy Saturday evening! The cook must have been new also, received 8 okra for my side, not joking 8 okra ! Just an all around bad experience!

Went with my mom for dinner, and our experience was awesome! Our server, Avery, was attentive and very sweet! Would definitely request her next time we go! The manager, Gidgette, also came by our table to check how our food came out!
The food came out good and hot! I had the fried shrimp and my mom ordered the broccoli cheddar chicken, both we would order again, they were delicious!

Once seated, be prepared to peruse a huge menu. Just the breakfast menu is 6-sided with an insert.
Bottomless coffee, tea and soft drinks.
Most breakfasts come with a basket of biscuits and gravy. Good, buttermilk biscuits. The perfect size to have 2.
Eggs are cooked to order. The bacon is excellent. Good smoked sausage. Patty sausage is what you expect. The fried chicken is a star. Crispy, crunch and rightly seasoned.
The cheat code is to make a chicken biscuit. Add some strawberry jelly for the sweet, savory, salty, crunch, soft biscuity bite of amazing!
Friendly service, neat retro-memorabilia abounds. Clean restrooms and food quality is always consistent.

After having some underwhelming experiences here recently, I decided to try again after hearing they have a new GM. I’m glad I did! Our server Sydney was very friendly and efficient, making for one of the smoothest dining experiences I’ve had in quite a while. The food came out quickly, my steak was cooked correctly, and was very good. Gidgette, the GM, stopped by our table to greet us and was very nice and very professional. Overall, it was a wonder dining experience!
