This place was packed to max capacity when I arrived and there was a wait for tables so I placed an olo from the corresponding app from the parking lot and surprisingly, it was only a few minutes after my pick up time before my holiday order was ready because these folks NEVER have and third party orders ready on time. I once waited in an empty lobby 43 minutes for a Doordash order and they still fulfilled it wrong.. The dinner I had tonight itself was pretty decent for a generic holiday meal and unfortunately I didn’t stick around to dine-in because every table was full.

Jackson, TN …We were there at a slower time of day, early afternoon. We had to wait an extended period of time before greeted and then were not seated promptly. There were only 2 of us and not very many tables seated in each area. The staff seemed unorganized and processes were chaotic. The host had terrible body odor that followed him wherever he went which was unappetizing. Once seated the waitress was prompt to take our order. When our food arrived the portions were very small compared to what you normally get at Cracker Barrel and was barely warm. We never received our corn bread. The waitress said they had just put it in the oven but never brought it. We chose to stop here because we were traveling and were looking for a good consistent option. This was by far the worst experience and food I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel.

With only 2 cooks on duty it took us a good hour to even get seated and get our food. The food that we ordered would take 20 minutes to cook, so we changed our order. It still took a good 20 minutes.

Cracker Barrel is not like it used to be. Everything has changed! The biscuits were not hot! The butter would not even melt! The gravy was clumpy and thick. Food was barely warm. The tea was good! When I think of country cooking, this is not what I had in mind! I want fresh, hot fixings! This was not it! Hadn’t been in years! Sadly, don’t think I’ll be going back.

Best experience at Cracker Barrel in a long long time. We came for a quick birthday family breakfast. Starla was our server and she was fantastic. Polite, respectful, and prompt. Food was great also! Wonderful experience, thank you!

Kassidy was great! My wife and I came in for lunch and she was so helpful and nice. We really enjoyed talking with her. The food was great even though we took most of it with us. This is second time dining at this Cracker Barrel and we love it!

Honestly, a lot of the cracker barrels I’ve been to lately have slipped in their service and quality of food. But this was like old times. Excellent service and excellent food. They acted like they wanted you to enjoy the meal.

This Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere to enjoy a delicious home style country cooked meal. From the very first bite of my meal, I was in heaven. The sides always taste as if home cooked from grandma’s kitchen!

We were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Once we (2) were seated. We waited about 10 minutes and no waitress would even look our way. My husband finally managed to flag one down to even get our drink order (unacceptable). No manager in sight. It too several more minutes before another waitress came to get our food order. Once our food order did arrive I have to commend the chef, it was all good. The only complaint was they no longer have my favorite raspberry tea drink. They have replaced it with a terrible wild berry tea that has seeds in it. Not an enjoyable drink experience at all. Seems they would do better to get some raspberry flavoring. Maybe replace some of the alcoholic beverages with flavored teas. After all, Cracker Barrel is suppose to be family friend, not a bar! I can definitely see a gradual decline in the service and atmosphere. I hate to see this happening!

Food was cold. My country fried steak had a lot of grissel in it. Then I ordered carrot cake to go. The waitress came back and said there was no carrot cake left. It was 12:30, lunch time. Very disappointed. I will not eat there again
