Great experience! Got seated right away, friendly staff. Shout out to Kaylee our waitress, she was so bright and cheery, it made the experience even better. She is a great server! Asked the right questions when needed and let us eat when not necessary. If you go in you should definitely ask for her table.

Not impressed. We love cracker barrel but this was not a good experience. We went in at 2pm, pretty slow inside. Our food took so long!! We thought maybe they were backed up but people who came after us got there food (2 tables). My toddler spilled a drink, I cleaned up what I could and they came and cleaned the rest. My autistic son spilled his drink, I asked for napkins and cleaned up what I could. They never cleaned the rest, even leaving the walkway wet making new customers walk carefully over/around it. Left all the dirty napkins on the table from the clean up, never brought a replacement drink or napkins we could use for our meal, until I asked. Never cleaned up old plates from appetizers etc. Manager gave us a small discount once I spoke to him but I won’t be back. Food wasn’t even good. Nothing good about this trip.

The steak and eggs breakfast casserole was excellent. I was able to get fried eggs instead of scrambled. I ordered the steak tips medium and that is how I received them. My server was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. For the first time in a while I left Cracker Barrel looking forward to a return trip.

Our waiter was awesome. I wanted a weird mix (country fried steak, eggs, french toast, hashbrowns, etc)… and he figured out a way to get me exactly what I was hankering for! Then the food was very good also!

We were warmly greeted by Cheyenne who was working hard putting out sale signs. The young male hostess was inattentive and chewing gum like a trooper. We were seated at a table that didn’t appear clean and my husband said, “Let it go”! Ronnie our server must be very new because she forgot our napkins at the beginning when she brought our dinks. Then another server brought our meals, the bacon was too well done, and I asked her for napkins and she said, “If you can wait 3 seconds, I’ll bring them to you!” sharply! All I can say is that I heard her say I’m sorry to the 2 surrounding tables several times. The biscuits that I was supposed to get with breakfast she put into a to go bag, and I that I appreciated. My question to Cracker Barrel is this, why give her 3 tables if she’s still learning? We travel a lot and CB has been our go to for good food and service on the road, a little bit of home in our chaos. This CB0170 fell short!

We had another very good meal at this Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. The atmosphere is fun with a really good country store just loaded with merchandise. The food is also very good, always served hot and very tasty. Our server was excellent, quick, friendly and attentive.

Sat in front of the fire! So nice! Perfect service. I got the NY Strip, seasoned nicely, but had a few tough spots. Sides of sweet carrots and steak fries. They were delicious, but the amount was disproportionate to the steak. Needed a little more honestly. Otherwise, Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel. Always good, always fun to explore the Store.

I stopped in for a quick lunch at the Strawberry Plains, Knoxville , TN location, by myself, as I was driving home before Winter Storm hit. My table was near the roaring fire and it felt so good, since it was frigid outside. My waiter was very friendly and courteous. He checked on me several times during my meal. My food was hot, fresh & delicious! Just what I needed to fuel me for the remaining drive home.
