Sandwiches were good, but cheese sticks were soggy and gross. The employee who was out on the floor “cleaning” would wipe one table and just stop prop up and watch the TV in the lobby while the people behind the counter were working extremely hard.

This is my honest opinion and view of this particular Burger King on my visit date, Your opinion and view may differ. I noticed that the place was clean. The lady who waited on me was very nice. She was sharply dressed and looked professional. The bathroom was clean. The food was okay, but not as good as usual. This is not an isolated occurrence. I hate it when I order food, and it is not consistent from one day to the next. If the owners of these fast food establishments spent more time in them, their food quality would be much better. Think how much more money they could make if an emphasis was put on food quality and consistency.

Changing my review since this is the 1st time I have visited in nearly 3 months. Our family was passing through and stopped to grab breakfast. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had here. I thought after 3 months their food and service would have been better. The grits were soupy, my breakfast burrito was soggy on the inside and the outside was hard as a rock. The Crossauntwich tasted horrible and the tea was hot. Asked for jelly packs at the window and the employee threw it into my car. This burger King needs to shut down, it truely was the nastiest tasting and looking food I have ever gotten in my life from a burger King. I do not recommend anyone stop in here again.
