We haven’t eaten at Cracker Barrel in years and decided to stop in — so glad we did!
Christian P was our server and he was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet, polite, and enthusiastic. He checked on us just the right amount and was extremely attentive without being overbearing. Truly top-notch service.
The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the food was good and came out just right. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

I have visited and eaten at a large number of restaurants and establishments where the food and customer service was good. This particular location was by far the best ever!
From the moment we walked in, everyone was beyond nice, extremely helpful and respectful. It was easy to tell that their behavior wasn’t an act or show. They were all genuine. Our waitress made us feel some relaxed and comfortable. She made sure we had everything we needed without asking.
This by far was one of the best experiences we have ever had!!! I recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant environment where the food is great and the entire staff is Truly Amazing!!!

This location is the best one we’ve been to! You can really tell it’s managed well but even the waitresses are the sweetest and most hospitable! The food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point! Biscuits were big and fluffy and full of that salted butter flavor! Our drinks were always topped off and the Country Store had a nice variety of items I’ve not seen at other stores! Well done Newport Cracker Barrel!

Server was great, the atmosphere was great. The only issue we had was the order had some mistakes. They offered to fix, but we would have all been eating at different times if we waited. The cornbread and biscuits seemed a little off from normal (not baked enough maybe). The meal was very good though.

This place water and tea stinks, not sure if it’s their water or the dish washer cleaning glasses. So I started getting a bottle rootbeer. So you can buy the bottle rootbeer in the retail side for $1.78 for a 12 oz bottle, buy the very same bottle in the restaurant side and pay $3.49 for it. That’s just plain not right. I’ll start bringing my own drink in from now on. Was not happy paying 3.49 plus tax for a 12 oz bottle drink.
