Wowowowow. Wow. I’ve never seen a place where you can spend so much money! I love money, and the only thing I love more than money is spending it. This place gives you GRREeat items to spend them on! And food too! I love pancakes. And crackers! And barrels! My father used to load his barrels with bullets, but syrup works too. I would recommend going back just for the syrup, even if you don’t buy any stuffed animals.

Second time food was bad here. I don’t usually complain but the carrots were cold, chicken was not done, meatloaf was dry, and chicken dumplings were all stuck together; like they have been in the pan a while. Won’t go again to this location.

Our waitress Macy was awesome though her manager seemed a bit rude. Our order was a lil messed up and so our waitress made up for it by offering complimentary dessert then the manager comes later asks about our for and offers the same which we was food bc the waitress had already took care of it but then when we asked for the dessert the manager acted like we should get it after it was already offered. We did get the dessert but the manager could get the stick out

My French toast late was cold and tasted very bland no flavor when it was supposed to be hot. My order was fixed wrong, my eggs were not cooked the way requested, so I had to wait about 10 additional minutes to get my food made over, while the person I was with was almost finished eating which made my meal not enjoyable. I was disappointed with my meal. My server did a good job and understand lunch time orders can get mixed up

Placed a call in order at 5:17pm for 2 cinnamon roll skillets.. just to be told it would be a 25 min wait.. end up waiting 45 mins for them. Once I received them they were burnt with no icing.. I immediately walked back in and asked to speak to a manager. Andrew then came and stated he was fixing to leave and they dragged him out of the office to come talk to us. You could obviously tell he didn’t care because he was about to go home. Then he went to the back and spoke to a different manager and the manager stated they had more in the oven.. at this point it had been 55 mins and I requested a refund.. we currently work at a Cracker Barrel so we know how long the process takes and what the product should look like. I wasn’t even gonna say anything about the wait time until they sent the unedible food out..

Food served was burned to a crisp. I took one look and sent it back. Half an hour later, got another burned plate. CB is typically consistent. This was burned sludge that shouldn’t have been served once, let alone twice. Terrible. The table across from us took one look at their food and asked our shared server, “What is this?” She apologized to every table she went to. Baaaad. That photo is supposed to show hash brown casserole.

For all of my natural life cracker barrel Hal always been known for its quaint and comfortable atmosphere however the recent remodel brings to mind the visage of hospitals, nursing homes, prisons and crematoriums. Nobody else here looked like they were having a good time.The food and service were ok but I will not be back based on atmosphere alone

Dinner in for late afternoon meal as I traveled.. Amazingly sweet served who did a very thorough job, staying focused the entire meal. Great personality and social skills. I know she will get recognized for her outstanding work ethic !!! Keep up the hard work. Well done
