I’m not a huge fan of the food at Cracker Barrel, but, when I travel and stay overnight in one of their lots I make sure to order something. This was hands down the best meal I’ve ever eaten at a Cracker Barrel. The gentleman that took my order (William P) was lovely and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed pancakes and they were delicious- light and flavorful, not sickly sweet and heavy. The kitchen staff did a nice job at preparing and plating my food for to-go. Out of all of the Cracker Barrel’s that I have eaten at across the US, this one is a 10/10. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service!

Disappointing. Smoked maple bacon chicken served warm with colder fried okra and a burned bake potato. The server apologized and replaced the potato as soon as I pointed it out to him. Very friendly atmosphere. Kind lady at the register asked us not to give up on them. And yes, I solved the puzzle.

We did not know unless you ask, your bread is not served til your meal and after 11am you have to request jelly. So after 3 attempts, the manager finally brought bread. The waitress was having a bad day, so our service was not the best. The green beans were soggy, and my friend asked for apples. After several minutes, he was told there would be a wait, and the waitress seemed to have an attitude. So he said never mind, but it was not deducted from the ticket. My roast beef was like sliced deli meat with gravy, not the quality I had in the past. We were also told that Mon. and Tues. are slow nights. My tea was never refilled, but my friend did get his water refilled once. We did speak to both managers, and they did make it right and sincerely apologized. Supposedly Cracker Barrel is doing some cut backs but in my opinion this is going to cut back their business and in turn lose more money.

I just left this location. After being seated (no wait time; we beat the Sunday church rush), we waited about 25 minutes before leaving. We watched as every table around us had great service. I made eye contact with several staff members, yet no one even came to check on us. Our drink orders weren’t even taken. This is the fourth negative experience I’ve had at this location in a row. I’ve tried coming on different days at different times. Ive tried to give grace for the servers and the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to give them another chance, however, it’s clear that this location is unable to get it together. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The one closest to the mall by the interstate has the same great food with better service.

Overall, the place was decent enough. The hostess was OK. There was a little wait for a table because they were short-handed. They only had two servers that day, but the wait time was about 15 minutes. The food could have been a bit hotter, but it was good.

Service was good. Waited an acceptable time for assistance. Although, it would’ve been nice if one of the first 6-7 employees I encountered asked the “take out order waitress to come to the front.” I could’ve given a 5 star for even faster friendlier service. Also, I had to ask for cutlery & napkins & syrup. When an order is for takeout it is best to give these items or to ask and have them readily available. I had to ask and wait for these. – 4 stars

We came in rather late this evening for an impromptu dinner. Our server (Paige)was so kind to our father, who is getting older and can be difficult. We didn’t realize that they were so close to closing when we came for dinner but our server was quick and efficient bringing out our food. I forgot my purse at the table on our way out and our server tracked me down in the store to return it to me. You don’t see that level of service too often these days. I was very thankful for her service and kindness. I believe her name was Paige.

This is a wonderful restaurant for breakfast. They have lunch and dinner but I like their breakfast the best. They cook good eggs, hashbrown casserole, bacon and sausage and I like cornbread better than biscuits. Their pancakes are huge and delicious too. I also really like the sweet cooked apple side dish. Staff is nice and helpful and clean. You might have a long wait on the weekend since it is very popular. It is fun to browse their lovely shopping area while you wait. They have pretty nature and Christian items, holiday decor items and plenty of sweet treats to choose
