Stopped here for lunch on our way back home while we charged the Tesla, food was wonderful! Our waitress was so nice!

Food was great and well presented. I love when it actually looks like the menu pics!

This chain has really got some hiring issues for the wait staff. At least this seems to be the case in the southeast. We did not like to have to ASK for biscuits as none were ever offered. Also, in an effort to stay afloat CB execs seem to having an identity crisis as indicated by their decision to now offer booze on the menu. I find this disturbing mainly due to fact that most folks dine at Cracker Barrel while they are on the road. The majority of their customers are usually travellers vs locals who stop in for a meal.

If I could give this place a lower score I would. Both hostess’ had no personality or customer service skills.. We were seated for over and hour and 10 minutes and asked our server if our food was almost ready, after another 5 minutes still no update or anything, so we decided to leave. Every table that got there when we did and even some that arrived after us got their food, ate, and were leaving. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a cracker barrel. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

We love eating at Cracker Barrel and this location was no different. The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bathroom was clean, the food was delicious and everything came out hot and fresh. I’m so glad they put the little triangle games back on the table. It’s the first time I’ve seen them on the tables since covid.

Has gone downhill since last I was here. This time me and my husband went during there busiest time 6pm on a Friday. I ordered dumplings with three sides and my husband ordered the meatloaf and chicken sampler with 2 sides. When we got our food they brought out the rolls with it instead of before hand, and that was just the start. My husband was only brought half his meal, they forgot the chicken, and the ketchup for the meatloaf. Then we didn’t have any silverware, our drinks only got refilled once. And the food was mostly disappointing, except for the loaded baked potato.our server was nice and understanding, even though she was clearly stressed about her orders get messed up.

Ordered an in-store pick-up order. The store was clean and inviting as expected when going into a Cracker Barrel. The staff wasn’t warm but not cold either. My biggest complaint was I had to wait 20 min past when my order was supposed to be ready to get it. Seems like a long time for just a plate of sides (got the country plate of broccoli, carrots, mashed potatoes, and fruit)

8/5/23. Hostess had the personality of a brick wall. We were set at rear of furthest dining area. 45 minutes before order was taking. Pretty simple order. 4 momma pancake breakfasts, 1 French toast and small child just a biscuit and egg. No silverware or napkins. I had to get myself. Was shorted one order of pancakes, as well as the biscuit. 5 menu items required syrup, server brought 3 bottles to table. Me and my son are very good tippers. We tip well due to family members being in the industry. Service was so bad here. Not a kitchen a problem the wait staff was awful. We did leave a tip. But it was hard to do.

Good food, servicr was good. Our food got to us pretty fast too. Cracker Barrels are always good. This store is fully open though you do have to wear a mask. Will be here again though.

Had a great breakfast after spending the night in the parking lot in our camper. We visit many places traveling and always love Cracker Barrel for letting us overnight park at their stores.
