Great food! We were travelling from the UK, and Kayla made our 1st time at Cracker Barrel an amazing experience. From advising us on what to pick, explaining the different options, and offering different jams to try on, etc. We went for the grandfather and grandmother breakfast options. The hashbrown was simply delicious – the food was superb. Kayla made us feel welcomed and really showcased the southern hospitality. We picked up a few products from the shop, and I can’t wait to try my biscuit mix when I get back home. BIG thank you to Kayla! 🙂

Another great experience at Cracker Barrel tonight! The new Butter Pecan Sticky Buns were delicious, and Strawberry Margarita & classic Orange Mimosa were excellent! Our server, Reonah, was wonderful & so personable. As always, such a homey atmosphere with the best Southern comfort food you can find! (P.S. the biscuits were biscuiting )

If you’re looking for the bottom of the barrel, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The food at this location is solid and reliably comforting, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a old school country-style restaurant.

Placed an order at 6:10 pm with estimated pickup at 6:35. Walked inside around 6:40. Although your front end staff member (Becca) was very nice, food was a long wait. Walk straight to the car and start checking bags. Notice right on top my 6 tender platter I ordered with double fries had F O U R (4) steak fries inside. Walked right back inside and they added more and I went home. Started eating everything was going okay and I cut into my grilled chicken and it was RAW!!!! I just spent $70 on all these meals and ended up with raw food. My husband’s country fried steak went to the dog because it was so over cooked and/or old he couldn’t chew it. This restaurant has been around long enough to be able to handle a crowd. Online wait time was at 0 min when I ordered so I can’t imagine it was that busy. Raw / undercooked poultry can make people very sick. I hope your cooks know this!!!!! Do better.

Decided stop In for lunch. Noticed that they had a score of 85, as we are ushered back. The server was prompted and nice. However, After looking around the floor is full of food particles etc… Yes we should have left!! The food took over twenty-five minutes to come out and was a mess when it did. Hush puppies burnt, my husband got six carrots, his plate looked as if someone had eaten off it. We asked for the chicken & dumplings to be taken off the receipt, due to the taste and that they was swimming in water NOT juice. The greens looked disgusting. Everything was canned with no seasoning. Manager came over, no greeting just “what’s wrong ‘with them?” What happened to good customer service. Consider this our third strike! Do better!

Wanted to try out this location on this side of town to get a quick bite for the weekend. I thought it would be a quick in and out order when placing the meal order on the website. It said the order would be done around 2:52. I did not leave this location till nearly 3:45 with my order. The wait was horrible and backed up at one point. Now while this was annoying the staff at least in the front were trying their best. These women were very kind but you could tell they were either horribly understaffed or had no real direction as one person left the wrong and a young lady who was supposed to be off had to come back to the front to help for a moment.
The stores look is what you expect when visiting a Cracker Barrel. The look and feel are very nice. I remember the layout of the front always being exciting as a kid to see though as you get older you still enjoy the charm. Though even with this charm it would not be enough for me to try this location anytime soon until things get worked out on the wait times.

We have eaten at this location many times, but this was awful. Parking lot half full at 4:30. Went in ample seating asked to be seated at a window man said no one to work those seats? Got boy no stars asked what we wanted to drink. Brought us tea with maybe 3 ice cubes.
Requested another glass of ice for hot tea.
Took our order didn’t ask about breads. Brought 5 biscuits no cornbread for pintos on our plates. Had to ask for cornbread to go with our beans.
Wife got creme potatoes & gravy. Well she went to get a fork of taters and they were like a dried layer off side of pan. Sending pics. We should have known better when rating 85.
We also ordered the $5 extra to get saying freshly prepared when??? Waiter didn’t tell us it was frozen. Refused item. Don’t know who manager was but everyone looked like they were trying to hide or stay busy to speak to. VERY SAD. See my previous post from years before. They might as well close this store!

This place sucks! Where I’m originally from they don’t have any cracker barrels, so I guess I got my hopes up thinking that it was a place that was amazing or something. Their food sucks! They take forever to serve people! No one is in any sort of rush to get people in or out, and I imagine only people that like to eat there are seniors that really aren’t in any sort of rush. I would say maybe people with disabilities as well, but the last time I went I heard someone talking about how a bus full of disabled students had a reservation to go eat there but they wouldn’t let them in because they were annoying. It’s pretty much the worst place.
