We love Cracker Barrel the food is always good and love to look around in the store while waiting for our table. It was especially nice stopping in right before Christmas when the cold front came through and we got seated right by the fireplace. I was a little disappointed to see that they had taken all but 1 Christmas tree down and it wasn’t even Christmas yet. Also my husband seemed to notice his pancakes were quite a bit smaller than usual. We have been in again since then and they were back to normal size lol guess it was just the cook that day.

Stopped in for breakfast while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced nearby. We were seated quickly and service was friendly. The food was tasty and hot. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

Better service here than I have had in other Cracker Barrel locations in other states. Clean, friendly staff, our order was brought to us very quickly. Asked if I would like coffee to go.

Place has GONE Way down hill….. Most managers have left for other stores (Friends of mine)….Phones have been up and down for weeks if not months…. They try to blame it on Comcast … Figures., they do not take ownership of there own phones.. LOL … Pass the buck…. The numbers there are so far down. They used to be packed for breakfast but maybe 15 cars in the parking lot now and they treat the customer like pooh. Better off going Waffle House across the street…. It sad to see a company go out of business like all there stores in Oregon.. Yes, poor service, Word of mouth, and worthless staff you go out of business. Also it sad you can stick a mini mall in a store but the phones do not work….hahahahahah….. Next Pandemic I think this place will be gone if not before… Most of the locals down here complain to me about it this dive…. Thanks…..

Have been patronizing this establishment for years. Latest visit found changed menu and ultimately had the absolute worst breakfast ever. Mushy hash browns and leathery sugar cured ham. Eggs were good. Ate 3/4 of it. Not in the habit of complaining so paid over $40.00 including tip for wife and I and left. $3.19 for a cup of coffee?????

Food is always COLD at every Cracker Barrel. They make it cafeteria style and then dish you out but you pay full price like they are making it fresh. Anything they have to make fresh like eggs over medium, pancakes, etc. Most sits in pans that’s why it’s cold. The company also decided to interject into political matters and I totally disagree with that decision . It doesn’t matter what side you are on but politics should not be publicly stated by a company and for that reason I won’t be going to Cracker Barrel anymore. Red & Blue should both be welcome and companies need to stay out of it and let voters decide.

This was my very first time at Cracker Barrel. I came here with a friend after she insisted I try it. I wasn’t impressed at all. There was a very bad smell inside of the gift shop as well as the restaurant, that smelled like a men’s urinal. The food came out cold. I ordered the maple bacon chicken, with cornbread and a loaded baked potato. A woman brought the food out, and I noticed that I didn’t get my cornbread. She didn’t bother mentioning why until I asked someone else since I didn’t see our waitress for a while. Apparently the cornbread wasn’t done yet, but the woman said they’d bring them out as soon as they were. We waited for about 20-30 minutes and I asked again when I asked for a to-go box… So basically they were only brought out after being reminded twice, once when we were leaving. The food itself was cold (aside from the cornbread that was finally brought out) and completely bland. Maybe this was an off day for Cracker Barrel, I’m not really sure. But the whole experience was just bad in general. Only parts I liked was the game that was on the table, and the unicorn cat bottle that I saw in the gift shop.
