I came in from out of town and wanted to pick up something reasonably priced. Cracker barrel usually never disappoints for the money. Well it did today.f

I was sat down and it was about 750 or so. They put me in the front corner by the door. Seems like an easy person to see. Sat there and finally said something to the hostess and she got someone to come over.

She apologized for the wait. She took my order which I tried something a little grandiose this time. I tried the stake in the grilled chicken. She asked me if I wanted biscuits I’ll let her know.

She came back and dropped off my drink which was sweet tea and did not taste good and I never saw her again.

Another lady brought my food out after waiting for it to be cooked. No one ever brought my biscuit out like I requested. She brought some over after. Never saw anybody show back up to give me my first refill ever. I was there for almost an hour and got one crappy drink.

The meal itself was a mixed bag. The 10 oz steak was actually pretty decent. Didn’t have enough salt on it but nothing does anymore at cracker barrel. They cooked like I liked it. Lots of juice on the plate. I was actually pretty impressed. They gave you a choice between the chicken strips or the grilled chicken. I swear as God is my witness they must take a frozen chicken breast and season it and just grill it up real fast. The center portion of the chicken had an off texture. It tasted like it was not cooked all the way through. The blackened top was relatively flavorless. It had a little something on it but not much. I ended up just carving the top off and eating that.

From besides I got green beans and carrots and to be fair they were both pretty decent. The rolls when I got them we’re not exactly fresher or hot. It’s a shame too cuz their roles are the best when they’re fresh.

I’m not sure if the moral of the story is you shouldn’t go to this cracker barrel or just you shouldn’t go here past 7:30. Whatever it is I wouldn’t go back. They don’t care about you.

It’s been awhile since we’ve eaten at a Cracker Barrel restaurant, so we decided to have breakfast there. Our server Kursten was marvelous, she was professional and courteous as well, plus she had a lovely laugh. She made our day with such great service. Plus it’s always good to walk around the gift shop area after having a marvelous meal and enjoy viewing the awesome items.

I’m a frequent visitor at Crack Barrel. I decided to visit a different location and I was soo disappointed. It took the kitchen over 35 minutes to get my food. The waitress asked me of I wanted some biscuits to snack on because the kitchen was behind with my food. ( I figured she was giving it to us out of a good gesture.) I was wrong! I was charged for them. When my food finally came out my food it was horrible. I will NEVER go to the Daniel location ever again. I will take the long drive to the location on Palm beach blvd.

We loved having lunch at Cracker Barrel, we were immediately greeted by a team member and Kursten took amazing care of us! What an outgoing and sweet server she is. So attentive and personable. We loved getting to know her and being served by such an outgoing person. She has a bright light and an even brighter future in hospitality. I love that they aren’t changing this location and that it’s going to stay vintage and cozy. I love the country store vibes.

There was a young man that was coming to work by the door that was a gentleman and opened the door for me. I was escorted to a table right away. The waitress came and I received my glass of sweet tea right away. In a few minutes she came back and took my order of cornbread and chicken and dumplings.
Which was great. I made an extra order of corn bread to take home with me.
It was an awesome day. It was Valentines Day.
I was blessed someone paid my bill for me. It was worth the drive from where I live.

If I could give 6 stars for my overall experience.
I had one of the best breakfast pancake breakfast. They hot with slightly crisp edges and perfect with the fried apples.
I had a piece of my husband’s steak it was quite a large steak for breakfast steak: very tasty and tender.
I also enjoyed my chicken and the biscuits. Everything was wonderful and Renette took care of us she was so warm and friendly.
Usually I associate Cracker Barrel with N. C I used to live there but this branch was just as special.
It is worth the drive of an hour and a half just to come here. It made my day.

We often rely on Cracker Barrel for overnight parking during our travels, and because of my degenerative illness, it’s an important part of our routine. We always support the restaurant by having dinner or breakfast.

At this location (10090 Daniels Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL), we were woken up at 6:00 a.m. by the police and told to leave immediately or face arrest. No communication or hospitality from management. Our daughter, traveling in her own van, experienced the same treatment. Meanwhile, large RVs seem to be welcomed without any issue.

Very disappointing experience from a brand known for supporting travelers.

It was 7:30pm yesterday when we dropped off our son at RSW airport in Ft.Myers. Because I had over an hour’s drive back to Venice, and we hadn’t eaten since lunch, I was looking for a place that was nearby. Cracker Barrel was it! There it was–a beacon in the night, right off I-75 north. My husband and I had the Mommas French Toast “breakfast” and chose the sausage with coffee. It was very satisfying, and delicious! If that wasnt rewarding enough, our server was a very sweet girl who resembled the Disney character, Ariel in the movie, Frozen. Bravo, Cracker Barrel!!!

We went for breakfast and got one of the big round tables. My wife has had abdominal surgeries and the waitress handed out the plates from one side of the table making my wife have to reach forward to get her plate. This left her in a lot of pain. The waitress should walk around the table and place plates in front of customers. On top of that our food wasn’t even hot when we got it. We have been to Cracker Barrel many times and never had experienced the level of service we got yesterday. This left me not wanting to frequent this particular location on Daniels and 75 again. The manager didn’t do enough to make us feel like valued customers. I have never complained about anything before but feel that this was too much to unnoticed

As always, Cracker Barrel was awesome! We eat at CB all over the US but this visit was especially great! Our waiter, Vitality, was the best waiter we’ve ever had at ANY restaurant, hands down! Our order was perfect, utensils and condiments readily available and our drinks were never empty! Service with a smile as well! We will definitely return to this location and request Vitality as our waiter!
