We are long time customers of all Cracker Barrel’s. We drove 35 minutes to have breakfast here today. First service was terrible. We order 2 coffees was brought cups, 10 minutes later finally got coffee. Took 15 minutes to get creamer to where our coffee was cold. Food came out and was a total disappointment. Eggs were cold, French toast was subpar. Flavor was there but the bread is not like any French toast I have gotten at Cracker Barrel. We will never be back.

We stopped in for breakfast, seated promptly. Our drink order was taken as we sat and our drinks arrived shortly after. We ordered a Uncle Herschel’ Favorite with fried chicken. Our food was good, cooked just as we ordered. Our waitress took good care of us, she kept our drinks topped off.

Definitely not the same as I remember. Nearly empty on a holiday weekend Friday night in July. Didn’t have the specials on the menu. Was half empty at 6pm. I asked to check the rating and it was ‘B’. Did I mention the menu items were at least 25% more than in past years? Definitely not the same place I remember.

I always enjoy my visits to cracker barrel. Our server, Kim, was polite and attentive. The portions have gotten smaller so our ability to share with our small kids is a bit harder now. The kitchen was running slowly, but I’m not sure you can’t expect much more on mother’s day morning. Overall, a good experience, but if you have small kids, bring snacks for them to help with the wait!

We stop at Cracker Barrel’s while on the road because we usually know what to expect. Unfortunately this experience was horrible. We had about an hour to stop and eat before we had to be on the road to make a deadline. As soon as we walked in we were seated and had our order taken within a few mins. That’s where the service stops. I asked where our food was after not getting it for 40 mins because we really needed to be out of the restaurant shortly. The waitress made up a poor excuse/lie about something wasn’t right and they had to remake it. This sounded good until she went and got our food and mine was ice cold and the eggs were barely cooked. Couldn’t tell her about it because she never came back to check on us after 10 mins and we needed to leave. I emailed my complaint/concern and haven’t heard anything back in over a week. It’s unfortunate because I’d rather know that they got my comment via email then a poor review because almost every time Cracker Barrel is solid.

19Dec2021 – Wait was long, like 1hr+. Luckily we checked in online and only had to wait 7 minutes, the people waiting were so mad, I suggest you check-in online. Food was good, Kayla, one of the hostesses, was rude to the people asking how much longer they would have to wait and they could stand to clean the ceiling fans (and most likely everything higher than eye level).

I ate here today with my fiancé and my family for Father’s Day. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The staff profiled my fiancé as soon as we entered and made us feel very uncomfortable. They wouldn’t stop looking at us, hovering over us while we were looking around the store, bumped into my grandfather when he joined us, and only took their eyes off of us after we were seated. We felt judged and unwelcome the entire time we were there. I wish I could have told the manager while there but I believe they were partaking in watching us as well.
