When wife and I are on the road, Cracker Barrel is my number 1 spot to eat, I order the same thing all the time . Which is Grandpa country fried steak, come with sunny side eggs and hash brown, biscuits and gravey.. The good thing about it is, no matter which Cracker barrel I go to its soooo good.

Always consistent, especially when traveling. I’ve got 2 kids so clean bathrooms are important and they do a good job. Service is always good. It’s not a 5 star restaurant but absolutely a good place to eat. I like the hot turkey on Thursday’s and any other day I’ll get the rainbow trout. No complaints… Ever.

Katelyn did a fine job with being our waitress. The meatloaf meal is always a hit for me. And my son loved his mini cheeseburgers and steak fries. The gift store was beautiful. All the trees were setup very nice. It definitely puts you in the holiday spirit.

This place was so dusty. I called manager to make him aware. He said girls must forget to wipe the walls. The dust was all the way up the 10′ walls. A lot of disorganization with help. They must not health inspectors in this neck of the country.

The manager in training, Jamie, I believe, corrected the numerous errors made on my call in order. She was so concerned that I had all the necessities for my meal & made sure to include extras, even offered to recook part of the order because of wait to correct the other part. Here’s the kicker, when I attempted to slide her a tip when no one was near, she politely REFUSED the money! She should be a General Manager!

First off, I am in the food service and NEVER complain because i understand. It took us over an hour for our food.. during this hour our waitress never came back to check up on us give refills or offer anything such as cornbread or biscuits. While ordering food I asked for a peach tea and never received the tea. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

The place is rather nice. The gift shop has a lot of old / classical toys. And the service was great. The day we went was a packed day. Lots of customers, but they managed to get us in within 10 minutes.

We were on the way to Richmond from South Carolina. We stopped at this Cracker Barrel about 1:25. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was Wonderful!! We were very impressed by service and the quality of our meals.
