Hearty & comfy American food. Biscuits right off the bat were fabulous. Chicken tenders were excellent (juicy on the inside, not too hard on the outside) and came with different sauces. Pancakes were buttery and fluffy and the mac & cheese was scrumptious. Fresh quality, good portions, and fair prices. Vintage atmosphere is really cool too. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely return! 4.5/5

Just wanted to commend the manager who was working Wed night February 25th. He was in the dining area refilling beverages and speaking to customers while we waited for our supper. I watched him interact with his staff providing directions and leadership. When we had an issue with our order, he promptly and compassionately took care of it. It’s refreshing to see this level of professionalism nowadays and it needs to be called out! Thanks for what you do!

Service was good, the food was hot and tasted fresh. We both ordered our favorite Chicken Fried Chicken with Sawmill Gravy. The servings have gotten smaller, but still an ample amount of food. Biscuits were in the oven, we did not have them with our most of meal, but they were worth the wait!!

Being in the service industry for decades- you get very critical of service you receive at places – specifically restaurants. Service isn’t what it used to be. We had the pleasure of having Willow serve us today. She knew her menu forwards & backwards just by the questions she asked. She followed up and kept us in the loop of our meals from appetizers to our meals. She was upbeat and very engaging. I can tell you the food wasn’t perfect .. but it honestly didn’t matter because we know mistakes happen. (No fault of Willow-more of kitchen mistakes – parchment paper still stuck to the bacon & over easy eggs were more over medium). Thank you Willow for a wonderful experience on one of the busiest days of the year. I left the tip up to my kid & she said you deserved every penny because apparently servers never make me happy. Happy Valentines Day!

Normally this restaurant is absolutely delicious. This meal though, was not up to their normal standards. The meat was tough and dry. I think the mashed potatoes and turnip greens had been made at lunch time and we were there between lunch and dinner.
Hopefully this was something totally out of the ordinary for them and when I go back, it will be better. But….all that aside, the service was fabulous and the lady, Rhonda, at the checkout counter was beyond kind and helpful.

I used to come here almost weekly, it was a favorite of mine and my kids. The portions were huge, the food was great, and the price was reasonable. Service was generally good. Over the past few years, all that has gone away. The portions are smaller and the quality has fallen off of a cliff. Chicken fried chicken was something we got every time, and the quality of the chicken used to be great, and now its trash. The amount of french toast in an order has been cut in half, but the price has increased. It’s a piece of bread dipped in eggs and grilled, yet it’s priced as if it came with a rolex or something. The plates are still the same though, so its very obvious that the portions are down; you get a big plate and just a little corner of it has any food on it. Another problem, and this was present before, is that servers don’t clear dishes from your table. This causes problems because with all the advertisements, golf tee game, lamp, condiments, etc. on your table already, there isn’t enough room for the food. I have to put my dirty dishes on a nearby table in order to make it work. Anyway, we still come by maybe once a year, but have always left disappointed. They had this down, and threw it all away. A trip to cracker barrel now is just sad.

I stopped by Cracker Barrel around lunchtime, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious—just the kind of hearty, comforting meal you expect from them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with that classic country charm. I especially loved browsing the store afterward; all the unique items and decorations hanging from the ceiling added such a fun, nostalgic touch.
The only small downside was that the service was a bit slow, likely because it was the busy lunch rush. Still, the staff was friendly and attentive once things picked up. All in all, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back!

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I’m really disappointed with the ongoing issues at this location. For the past few months, I haven’t been able to place an order through DoorDash, their direct website, or even the app as there’s always an error code. I even tried calling their support to place an order, and they couldn’t get it to go through either. I’m not sure what’s going on with the online ordering system, but it’s been a consistent issue.
Because of that, I decided to place an order directly with the store for curbside pickup. They always take my order and vehicle info, but every time I arrive, I’m asked to come inside and pay. I don’t mind going in, but if I select curbside pickup, I should be able to stay in my car. Otherwise, what’s the point?
To top it off, the food quality today was disappointing. I ordered my usual breakfast, but the pancakes were noticeably smaller; easily two to three times smaller than what I’ve received before. I have photos to compare, and it’s just not acceptable.
Between the tech issues, the lack of proper curbside service, and the drop in food quality, this has been a frustrating experience overall.

We enjoyed our dinner. We ordered the catfish with 2 sides. We did not care for the Cole slaw. It seemed to have a refrigerator taste, like maybe it was a day old. Our server was AWESOME. Sweetest kindest young lady.

Food quality here at this specific restaurant had been declining our last couple visits. If your location was not between my family and our parents (mid-point of travel) I would NEVER come back to this place. I used to come here and get an actual chicken tender and now this is what you serve (picture is my meal). And while I understand you are busy at lunch time, if your staff cannot handle the crowd then slow the flow of seating people. Half of our table receiver their food and then they were finished eating by the time the other side of our table received our plates.
