I love Cracker Barrel, however this location lacked in so many ares. Our meatloaf was overcooked, eggs were supposed to be with cheese, there was no cheese we had to continuously ask the server to bring us things we should have had i.e. syrup, silverware, refills. She never checked on us unless we asked for something.

Everything was just great. The food was unbelievably good. My favorite thing was the cheesecake buttermilk pancakes. They tasted unbelievably good. Inside the store has a huge little gift shop and where you eat is actually kinda cozy. There’s a fireplace when it gets cold, and it’s kind of an old style themed restaurant. There’s all kinds of souvenirs from the old times like paintings and all that. Overall my favorite restaurant I’ve been to. Highly reccomend.

First negative restaurant review ever…maybe this location had a truly off day in the kitchen early this evening. I took my wife and two young granddaughters to eat here and was very disappointed…not the usual Cracker Barrel standards we have previously enjoyed at other locations. We could eat very little as the food wasn’t good. My sides were ice-cold and had absolutely no flavor. My youngest granddaughter ordered breakfast for dinner as she is a big breakfast eater. The only thing she could eat was the bacon, which looked raw. Neither my wife nor my other granddaughter could eat much of what they ordered. We asked for boxes to take our leftovers home since we paid for the food. Once we got home, we threw everything out as the leftovers gave out a bad smell in the car. Never had a dining out experience like this in my 63 years. Edited to add: Guess Cracker Barrel doesn’t care after four (4) days of my review.

I love Cracker Barrel! Like everywhere occasionally they are slow but the waitresses are always friendly. There is so much to look at while you wait. You don’t need to go here to eat. They have some great gift ideas for that hard to please person in your life!! The prices are very reasonable considering prices everywhere else.

Our service was excellent. Normally, we aren’t thrilled about having a server that is a rising star but Isabel was very knowledgeable of the menu & very friendly. We ordered the trout & it was delicious. Isabel recommended we try the coke cake – it was devoured quickly! Thank you Isabel!!

We’re seated immediately, however no waitstaff ever came to our table. Half the tables around us were empty, the others had their food or drinks. Staff was chatting in the kitchen. We tried waving someone down a couple of times. We finally just left. We eat at Cracker Barrel all the time and this is the first restaurant where we experienced such poor customer service.
