The worst breakfast I ever had in my life. I ordered biscuits and gravy. I hadn’t been here in a while, but my mother wanted to come. Biscuits and gravy plate to me is like the old way when you put biscuits on a plate and put gravy over them, now when you order biscuits and gravy, you get a basket so my order was two biscuits and gravy so I got a basket with two little bowls of gravy and three little biscuits and some jelly and jam that was my biscuits and gravy so I ordered a side of turkey sausage that they put on biscuits and a side of hash brown casserole. So just coming into the restaurant when it first opened, I would think that the food would be hot, but think again The food was cold as ice. They put more dishes in front of me than the actual food I ordered. the biscuits were undercooked. It was like eaten dough. The turkey sausage evidently came out the box and they just put brown outside. Cause it was cold in the middle. When I asked for the Manager, let’s just say you might want to think about that one again. I told him when I got biscuits and gravy before it came on a plate. He told me they do it different now we put it in a basket well if I knew that I wouldn’t have ordered it because it’s not biscuits and gravy. It’s some gravy and a basket with a few biscuits and that was supposed to be two plates . The only thing that was pleasant about my whole trip to Cracker Barrel was Emily. She had a very positive attitude and very friendly. I will not be going back to Cracker Barrel again.
They proceeded to cram us into a corner and took over 1 hour to bring us our food. We sat for 20 minutes before the waiter (Ethan) appeared to take our orders for our drinks. His demeanor needs work.
We ordered fried over hard eggs and they brought us cold and runny eggs. The biscuits weren’t even fully cooked.
I will never return to this location.
Note to the manager….Your employees and chefs need some serious training!
She was absolutely amazing, friendly, and made the entire experience wonderful for us.
She even helped us to find a deck of playing cards so we could spend the time waiting for our food playing a game.
