The food was horrible.. My waitress was nice and provided good CS. The chef doesn’t fix the food like the menu states and I had to send back my loaded sweet potato bc the chef only put sugar and butter on it. The meatloaf was dry and old, the broccoli had no seasoning.. the drinks tastes like washing detergent was in the cup.. I won’t eat there again..

Was not a best experience, but was not terrible. Associates helpful, but when sending Associate with orders… make sure our order is complete. Our waitress was busy, so hostess sub brought our food. Missed biscuits cornbread ( see pic), tried new items but drenched with topping (most stores drizzle). I think training is kind of wing it.

Very busy and not organized at the time of my pick up . Order was not complete when picked up , cashiers and servers trying to complete it …messed it up 2x’s more. Before the manager came out to speak with me and finally corrected my order . Cashier wasn’t very concerned about the order being wrong. Order pick up time was 12:06 but I. didn’t leave with my correct order until almost 1pm. Again wasn’t very organized but the manager did finally accommodate my family.

We enjoyed Easter dinner at Waynesboro Cracker Barrel. The food was good and served in a timely manner. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. The restaurant was clean and busy! The store was packed full of merchandise and candy, which my kids loved. Large parking lot and a big porch with lots of seating, like all Cracker Barrel restaurants.
