Breakfast of the champions! I had eggs, sausage, grits & biscuits with sausage gravy. Everything was delicious. Love the apple butter! Waitress was very attentive! Saturn kept the coffee flowing. Love this place. Plenty of parking and lots of great stuff on the country store.

My first time getting takeout from cracker barrel and it was a pretty good one. There was an option to order some things online, but it wasn’t really working and I think that was due to our phone being a little old, so we called instead. The only negative part of our experience was how loud it was when we called. Called. We could hear kids yelling in the background and a lot of noise which made it hard to concentrate, but we were able to get our order placed and they said it could be ready as quickly as 15 minutes which is amazing. Amazing. When we got there it was very full, but they had three designated spots for takeout orders so we were able to quickly park and go inside. There was a host when we first walked in and pointed us over to a very friendly lady who found our order and helped us pay for it. We were out the door again after a quick bathroom. Stop and enjoying our food on the road.

Went in this location twice and received the same treatment each time. We were seated and never approached nor waited on. Our waiter/waitress never greeted our table. We watched three other tables around us be waited on. When discussed with the manager we still didn’t get a satisfactory response. This is the second time we were there and this happened. Will never go back.

The restaurant was packed, they had a waitlist, but we got a seat in less than 5 minutes. It was a bit noisy. Server was very sweet and the food came very quickly. My boyfriend had the cheesecake pancakes, and they were delicious. I had standard bacon and eggs, hash browns were outstanding. Cracker Barrel is our go to breakfast when we travel. Clean, quick and friendly.

This Spotsylvania, VA area restaurant is at the far back of the shopping center and a little difficult to locate at first. It was pleasant homey decor as always with pretty welcoming twinkle lights on porch and cozy lamplight and fire crackling in big stone hearth. We have multiple food allergies and the server was utterly confused and very soft spoken. We communicated our needs and eventually requested a manager who was much more helpful and whom we could understand. The French toast I ordered for some reason was served as 3 small 1/2 slices of bread with generous strawberries which I can only assume was a kid’s portion that I did not order. When I asked for the rest of it in another serving we were charged again what appears to have been for a full meal portion but again received same small amount. Cracker Barrel is changing more and more trying to be all things adding unnecessary alcohol and all manner of seasonal specials and types of foods while forgetting their roots as a family friendly southern comfort food that gets it right on the basics. A smaller dependable menu would be so much better and vegetables that were actually just vegetables not cooked in any animal fat or salt or extras, just garden fresh as they used to be. We love the country store but this Cracker Barrel experience was a disappointment.

Claudia is the absolute best waitress, she remembers all our drinks and has them as she comes to take our order. She is so attentive to our grandson and interacts and brings his meal out immediately along with a cookie straw! We always request Claudia and she is the reason we do not go anywhere else
