Huge let down tonight. Ordered online @8pm for curbside. Estimate was 50min. Rather surprising for the small amount of food. Figured maybe they were busy. I had other errands to run. They were almost completely dead….needless to say I wad early and checked in for curbside. “Gentlemen” walks out 856pm and tells me curbside stops at 830pm. Im like ok. Seems a bit ridiculous for my wait time to begin with. Drove 10min to get home. Check the order 2 sides are missing. The chicken looks like they just threw whatever was left in a box. Catfish batter was soggy. Didn’t even bother with any of the sides because they were cold. 2 stars is generous. This is the last time I buy anything from this location as it is not the first time my order has been wrong. Really quite sad compared to what it used to be. Whoever was “working” tonight should be embarrassed

Had brunch here today and as always the experience was nice. Hubs had the fried chicken and eggs and I had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The star of the show was definitely his fried chicken. I could have closed my eyes, taste that chicken and would have thought I was at a soul food restaurant. A must try!
Also, I did not know CB served beer and wine. I enjoyed the peach mimosa during my meal and it was lovely.
Service was spectacular as always, and we look forward to coming back soon!

I recently visited again. It was nice to find there were some changes in the menu. I’ve almost always enjoyed everything I’ve ordered with the excepted of during covid. I ordered chicken tenders and they were more like nuggets. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always friendly. I have visited for lunch and dinner. I love the fried apples.

To go orders are a no go. I have ordered no less than 5 times from here and every time when I get the food home I’m missing at least two things.
Waitress: I place a very simple order. It comes out wrong. I explain the order again she remakes the food still comes out wrong. Can’t make this up.
I’m done this place sucks man. Love the food but the frustration of not getting what you order is the end for me. Eat somewhere else if you want your order made correct the first time.

Cracker Barrel delivered an excellent experience, and the highlight of my visit was my cashier, Donna. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make the checkout process smooth. Her attentiveness and positive attitude stood out immediately — the kind of customer service you don’t always see anymore.

I ate at cracker barrel yesterday. I wanted to order a burger but they were out of burgers which made no sense so I ordered a chicken sandwich instead. The sandwich was just ok. About an hour later, I started feeling nauseous. I tried to lay down to see if I would feel better but didn’t. Shortly after, I ended up in the bathroom hugging the toilet. Needless to say, I feel it was the sandwich that was bad because that’s all I ate that day. This was my first time eating at a cracker barrel and will never eat there again.

Just had the Thanks giving dinner, including Turkey breast fillet, sweet potato casserole, green beens, stuffing roles, cranberry sauce with cranberries and for dessert, Pumpkin pie. (Plus a side of mashed potatoes for me)We were a party of three adults, the green beans were better than usual, the turkey was average, and the pie was really good. The gravy was put on everything and had large onion chunks in it, it was horrible. Sweet potato casserole had berries that overpowered the classic sweet potato taste, the mashed potatoes that I love so much(my first bite was all onion, yuk!!! The stuffing had no flavor at all, the rolls were under cooked.
3/4 of our plates were full when we left, Cracker Barrel screwed up the simple classics!! The service and the pie was good.

I may be old fashion but I was craving for their special roast Turkey dinner. It was great not to be disappointed. I even had extra cranberry sauce. This Cracker Barrel had not been renovated yet so its decor was just the same. I couldn’t resist shopping early for Christmas decoration found the exact one I wanted all boxed up ready to go. Service was great too.

Usually the food is phenomenal! I got crispy chicken tender meal yesterday was awesome! Reordered again today, couldn’t even bite the chicken it was so over cooked. Got it delivered just like yesterday. Called to find out why, was told nothing they could do.
