I’m so disappointed I’ve been coming to this location for years and always supported them even during Covid. On Super Bowl Sunday they gave me the wrong order (they mixed mine up with another customer) which I noticed when I got home, so I called because I’ve never had an issue or had to call them before; and after some pushback she told me to come get a refund next time I’m in town. So I went back today and also ordered a bacon breakfast burrito because I obviously still wanted to support them. Not only was the employee rude she made a sarcastic comment about “taquitos” I told her the order that was given to me by mistake was chicken which I don’t eat and also smothered in guacamole so they were soggy by the time I even opened the box…and the items ordered Sunday were supposed to be for a superbowl party. She gave me the refund and immediately closed the drive thru window and walked away with the breakfast burrito. This was shocking because I was kind as I always am to her. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Zero consideration or accountability. I will never go back to this location again. I hope she sees this and understands that how you treat people matters and the way you treated me today resulted in you losing a loyal
customer.

The food was really good guacamole a bit runny but still very tasty! The burritos need to be wrapped a little better or just in tinfoil when you get your food to stay. besides that amazing food would come back! CANNOT BEAT THAT PRICE!!!

Food is always good but service has issues. They wouldn’t take my dollar bill because the corner was ripped. It was a little ridiculous and it was all I had. If I wanted my burrito, I had to dig for change and thankfully I did find enough but it was embarrassing to say the least! It took several minutes with other people waiting to order. I don’t think I will go back – all because they would not accept my dollar that was missing a corner.

Frustrated. We ordered here twice. The first time was disappointing but we thought it was a fluke so we gave it another shot a couple months later. We ordered 4 bean, rice, and cheese burritos. She repeated that order back to us but we received and were charged for 4 chicken burritos which we didn’t notice until we got home. 🙁 Waste of $45.

Hands down the worst dining of my 53 years . Received half my order and that half smothered in what I am allergic to and requested it not be in it. When asking for refund they blamed DD driver, DD, and then said I was fine. No.not fine. And out $40! Don’t do it! There are better dumpster dives for dinner than their trash. Should be condemned!!!!!

I went here for the first time with some friends. I went on a Wednesday night. The place wasn’t so packed and the atmosphere was welcoming. They have a menu with a lot of options. I ended up ordering the steak quesdailla and 3 tacos. The quesadilla was the best thing I have ever had. It came with a side of sour cream & guacamole. For a drink I ordered a large horchata and it was the best thing ever. The 3 large tacos were good. I got lengua and carnitas. They have a station where you can find 3 different salsas, spicy carrots, salt, pepper but NO LIME. The food you order comes with sliced limes but you need to ask for more if you want more. The station lacks limones.

My wife and I love to travel around trying carne asada fries at 24 hour spots like this one. We didn’t even know it existed but pulled into the Wendy’s and saw this beautiful beacon of Mexican food open late. They were so good especially with the green salsa. I don’t understand how other people had such a bad experience because the service was fast and friendly and the food was so good.
