I just love my Crabshack II they do crabs right. I have been buying from them for at least 20 years. Every time the crabs are the same. I don’t know how they do it. That recipe is awesome. Small, smdium , large or extra large always meaty and good. However, today I ordered the $85.00 a dozen and was very unsatisfied. When said something to the clerk about all that old bay on there she just said it’s the same cook. But when you been going as long as I have, you know the difference. Her attitude was not of one concerned for the customer.

I initially wasn’t satisfied with my crabs or service, but they called me and fixed the issue. I’m big on customer service. If something isn’t right, make it right! They did just that. Allowed me to keep the original med female and replaced them today with med male. Well, they actually look bigger. I appreciate this. Thank you! I’m much happier!

I’m the only one there. The young lady was too busy scratching off her scratch off to wait on me. And I waited exactly 5 minutes. I was at the counter but the scratch off was more important. I left without ordering .

Well I must admit I slept on this spot, I remember when they first started out. Couple of church fellas and I was getting together the day before fathers Day and one of them recommended getting Crabs from here, well I must stay the crabs was heavy and meaty (large males) I will be visiting the Crab Shack ll again real Soon…

The crabs are very good. I only order large or ex-large male crabs or shrimp. They are always good. They are busy, so it would be best to call in advance to see what they have available.
