Wife and I ordered a combo order with an extra pound of snow crab legs. When we got home and were able to eat it 2 of the crab leg clusters were gray, black, and greenish. My wife being picky and it being a celebration for her was very upset. It being a “boil” and all of it being mixed together, my wife decided not to eat anything because it was all together and what it was wrong with the crab legs could’ve spread to the rest of the food. And when we called and spoke to a manager, we were told that we could only receive a partial refund and to even obtain that we would have to go on a specific day at specific times. So not only was a celebration ruined we were going to have to Go out of our way and rearrange our schedule to just get a partial refund. Food being messed up with understandable things happen, but the resolution and the way it was handled was not. (Woodruff location)

I had a great experience at Crab Du Jour! We went around 2:30 PM on a Saturday, and it wasn’t too busy. Our server, Whitney, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
I ordered the Fish & Shrimp Basket with sweet potato waffle fries. I asked for the fish extra crispy, and while it wasn’t quite crispy, it was still well-seasoned, which mattered most. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and lightly battered just the way I like them. The waffle fries were hands down the best—especially with the cinnamon butter dip, which was amazing!
My husband ordered a few sides with the Crab Du Jour sauce, and my cousin had the crab boil. The crab was a great size and absolutely delicious.
Overall, the food was flavorful, the service was great, and we’ll definitely be back. The prices were reasonable as well. I gave 4 stars only because my fish wasn’t as crispy as requested.

I took my family to Crab Du Jour on woodruff road SC today around 4pm. We have been talking all week about going here after the new Scream movie. My daughter loves crab legs and seafood so she wanted to come here. It was a horrible let down. We had a 6 of us go there today. The guy who greeted us had no manners and said he would be right back. That didn’t happen. We waited 10 minutes until my wife finally went to another hostess and asked if we could be seated. She sat us down and that was the last time we were spoke to from any staff person. The table behind us was served and given to go boxes. We thought surely we would’ve been greeted and said we will be right with you or asked what our drinks would be, but nothing. We waited 15 minutes. I have three small kids and we were just ignored. Almost like they didn’t want us there. Broke my daughter’s heart because she was looking forward to it and had been all week. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he could have us served in two seconds but the family had already walked out. Not even a drink order was taken. The morale of this place was horrible. From the beginning to the end the people acted as though they didn’t even want to be there themselves. This place needs some serious revamping and revitalization or I do t see it lasting long. So sad this had to happen today.

OMG! Why did I wait so long to visit Crab de Jour on Woodruff Road in Greenville SC? I have been a very big fan of Red Crab in Spartanburg SC until today. We had dinner today and I was super impressed with our whole experience. I had the D combo with Crab de Jour sauce in mild and added a pound of sausage and 4 boiled eggs to share with Monty and Lauryn.
Lauryn had B combo, Monty had a side of shrimp and the wing basket. Jalayla only had hush puppies because she doesn’t eat seafood anymore because she’s allergic and Jada had shrimp with corn and potatoes with sausage.
All of the bags came out piping hot and everything stayed warm for almost the whole time we were eating. The Crab de Jour sauce was so good with nice pieces of garlic that were tasty. I can’t compliment this place enough. I can not wait to go back. The place was packed but they were getting people in and out of there so we only had a wait time of around 30 minutes. Our waitress was patient and very helpful and didn’t try to rush us to order. The restaurant was clean and didn’t smell of old fish and was properly lit with lighting. My drink was great and not watered down at all. I had the Hennessy drink. 10/10 for everything

Whitney was my bartender today and she was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. I’ve been coming to this location for months and whenever Whitney is working I have a blast. The drinks she makes are ALWAYS on point! I watched as she regularly checked up on her tables and made sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their meal.
