Horrible service, doesn’t listen to anything you say I had came in with a group of 4 people and it was a sign that says if you come with five or more people, you would have to be charged of 15% gratitude and we still was charge a 15% gratitude of four people me and my friend had ordered something and they got the order completely wrong. I want eggs and my order and I wanted a medium and nothing I said was done then at the end of the service when it came to our checks, we got charged for bar service fee and we never even drunk anything everybody had split up their bill and the lady knew that it would be more if we did that but she still charged us separate instead of telling us if we pay separate, we each will be paying a bar fee which only one person got a drink. Other then that the place looked lovely just bad service

I had such a great experience here! The seafood boil was packed with flavor — I tried the crab legs, shrimp, and mussels, and everything was super fresh and seasoned perfectly. The house Cajun sauce with a medium spice level was amazing, not too overpowering but full of flavor. Portions were generous, and you really get your money’s worth.
The staff was welcoming and attentive, always checking in without being overbearing. The vibe is casual and fun, perfect for coming with friends or family. I left full and happy, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon! OH LAWDDDD

We tried a burger with sweet potatoe fries and fried shrimp po boy with Cajun fries and a clam chowder. Service is slow. The chowder was excellent if you love it creamy and not mild and not overly spiced. The Burger is an unseasoned patty. The po boy was tasty with its sauces and both fries were okay. The Cajun fries could have been crispier . Chowder and fries are not served steaming hot

I had lunch with my husband and daughter at this restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and our server Shayla was very kind. I love the crab fries. It was a hit with everyone. I highly recommend this little spot. Also, they have a kids’ menu and a TV available to watch sports.

I was a little skeptical about ordering as the reviews were mixed. However, I did a Uber Eats order & it was delivered in a timely manner. The temperature of the food was mid, few of my crawfish were still raw & my potatoes were undercooked. The crab legs & mussels were really good. The spicy level was just right for medium. Would I order from them again, ehhh I don’t know.

I recently visited this Pelham location, and while the food was absolutely amazing, the service left much to be desired. The hostess was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious, and we were really looking forward to a relaxing meal.
However, things took a very disappointing turn when we went to pay the bill. We paid in cash, and the change was around $40. We waited for what felt like forever about 30 minutes and never got our change or the receipt. We had to approach the manager, who then called on the phone the waitress multiple times to bring us our change. Eventually, it seemed that the waitress had almost pocketed the change as a tip without asking us! This was really unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude became rude and dismissive, especially since it was closing time. When we finally decided to leave without tipping due to the unpleasantness of the situation, the waitress made a remark, “But this is America,” which I found not only insensitive but also kind of racist. It felt like she was responding to us speaking another language, and it completely soured our experience.
It’s a shame because the food was great, but I don’t think I’ll be returning given the poor service and unsettling comments.

I always order the du jour special cheese burger that’s topped with 3 shrimp. They only gave me 2 shrimp tonight . I doubt if that was an oversight! Give people what they pay for! It’s disrespectful so they lose 2 stars until they get back in my good graces. PS the onion rings are not the best. Too much breading & hard to eat.
