Everything I’ve had so far has been amazing! Tried the sampler meal 1st and was amazed by how much crab was in those crab cakes. Next time I came for the grilled cheese (no crab) for lunch and got the crab fried rice for dinner. EVERY.SINGLE.THING.SMACKED.
The grilled cheese was thick buttery and had perfect crunch. I was mad I didn’t get the one with crab in it cause it would have sent me to the stratosphere. Had the fried rice a few hours later and it was delicious ice cold out of the refrigerator.

Crab Cake Lady is definitely worth going for a great meal! Nicole is awesome and you will get great food and a lot for your $$$. DMV transplants to Killeen-Fort Hood, you will feel like you’re home eating her crab cakes. I recommend going to the Killeen Food Truck Park on South Fort Hood Street and trying the Crab Cake Lady’s meals. Thank me later!

Just had the crab cake bites and they were amazing! The crab cakes were just like we do it in the DMV- full of meat and hardly any filler. So much food for a great price. And the homemade aioli was incredible! Can’t wait to go back and try more of her menu!

So first, I’m a very frugal human being… But I love seafood – especially crab. I’ve tried many crab cakes for a couple different restaurants and food trucks in the area .. and have been disappointed each time….UNTIL TODAY!!!!! I was at hTeao getting my drink, and I saw the Crab cake lady food truck was open. I decided to try something small…bc seafood ain’t cheap and Since I was skeptical…I didn’t want to spend a lot of money my first time…. given Ive been disappointed from other seafood places…..so I ordered the crab bites and egg roll box…..OMG!! It was AMAZING!!!!!! The crab cakes were so full of crab!!!! Waaaayyy more than I expected or have gotten from other places. The egg rolls and her special sauces were even better!!!! I brought it home and shared it with my husband and teenage daughter so they could all sample…. They were just as pleased as I was!!! Why haven’t more people discovered this place?? She can take all my takeout food budget money. LoL! I ended up going back an hour later for the crab fried rice and another egg roll box… I am thoroughly pleased!!! I will be back!! My favorite dish so far are the crab egg rolls!! I plan to try everything on the menu!!

OMG! That has to hands down have been the BEST food I’ve had in Killeen for awhile. She was so friendly and the food was perfect! Absolutely nothing was over or under seasoned. I had the crab foo yung, fried rice, and egg rolls and I was completely satisfied. Everything was absolutely perfect! I told myself I was going to get some pics but the smell permeated the truck on the way home and it BARELY made it inside. So good! I will 1000% be back!

Soooo good and fresh ingredients! This is my second time ordering and I was not disappointed. I had the crab cake sliders and they were awesome! The buns were fresh, and every bite was plump crab. The homemade aioli sauce was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
