I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local gem that exceeded all my expectations – a gastronomic haven that left me in awe. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I could sense an air of sophistication and warmth, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.

We went 3 for 3: medium rare 8oz filet cooked perfectly. High quality Ahi tuna prepared perfectly, along with fabtastic crab cakes. Our service was outstanding as well.

We had the greatest night at CQ’s. It was our last night in Hilton Head and wanted to do a nice dinner as a family. We called an hour before and they were able to fit us in. The service was impeccable (my water was always full) and the food was delicious. I had the ahi tuna – fresh flavors, loved the edamame hummus. Salmon, sirloin steak, shrimp & grits, and mussels were also amazing. I had a crew with me that can be hard to please and they were so happy! We were given chocolates to end the meal, which was the perfect end.

Always one of our favorites in Harbour Town. An old 50 year family business. Everything is made to order super fresh. The blackened mahi was delicious. Server was very attentive and friendly.

Small intimate setting, mouthwatering food and our server Peter was very knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. Outdoor seating on patio under the oak tree with the bistro string lights adds to the ambience of this restaurant especially for a romantic anniversary dinner. Whenever we are on Hilton Head Island, CQ’s is a must. We have eaten at this restaurant multiple times each year for the last 8 years and have never had a bad meal or a bad experience. The chef takes care to ensure every plate is perfect and up to their high standard. He is a master of his craft!

Absolutely a terrible experience. A friend recommended CQs and we couldn’t have been more disappointed in the place. The bread was great. Our crab cakes were burnt. Fortunately, they scraped some of the burnt off of one side. The kids shrimp was very burnt. We sent it back, but they didn’t even leave the fries for our child to eat. That’s ok, because the Kraft macaroni and cheese our other child got was enough for 2. Literally, Kraft Mac and cheese for $13.50.

Dinner with an old friend did not disappoint. From starter to dessert and seating to paying the check, all was perfect. Highly recommend

Once you get over having to pay ten dollars to drive into the gated neighborhood where the restaurant is located, things start looking up. The restaurant is warm and inviting, the service is thoughtful and professional. Not afraid of cream the she crab soup is rich and lovely. Beet salad smart and clever and the crab cakes rich, generous amount of crab, creamy, nicely browned. I’m glad we went here.

I had high hopes for this place when I walked in. Quite quaint and comfortable ambiance. But, I found the food to be over priced and the quality very poor. My pork chop was dry and the brandy sauce tasted cheap like it was store bought. My daughter’s filet was undercooked and had to be sent back. On top of all this, a glass of ice and water came raining down on us from the balcony above, soaking our clothes, table and some of our plates. All the restaurant offered was a half hearted sorry! Needless to say this will be our last visit.

Super welcoming staff and delicious food. We came twice during our stay ordering the Short Ribs, Aki Tuna and Chicken, all came out lovely. And the staff helped make the modifications to my friend’s dishes to accommodate his allergies. The flavored butter is a lovely touch and the desserts are definitely shareable.
