Tonight was a very busy night when I stopped in to pick up pizza for my family. Despite how hectic it was, the general manager was personally helping customers and handling everything with patience and professionalism. It almost seemed like some customers were ordering for the first time, but she remained extremely friendly and took the time to assist everyone.
The food was amazing as always. We ordered the mac & cheese pizza along with cheesy bread, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We’ll definitely continue coming back. We also really appreciate receiving the coupons in the mail—it’s a great bonus for loyal customers!

I heard so many good reviews about their pizza. Sadly, they do not live up to the hype, in my opinion. Tasted like Little Ceasars to us. Not one of us liked it and their prices are high for what we received.
Pick up time scheduled on line for 5:30 and was paid for. It wasnt even in the oven yet when I got there, so I waited. The staff was nice, though. Glad we finally tried it but its definitely a no to re-ordering.

Best pizza in Elyria. Tonight though, at the last minute I asked the price of a chef salad. 9 bucks. Yep it’s gonna be good. Driver forgot the salad but it’s cool, he came right back. Upon opening Large container, it was overflowing with lettuce, there was a decent amount of tomato, a pinch(literally) of cheese, very thin slices pepperoni, salami ,(I do like it thin, I just expected more. crazy that grocery delis can’t get it this thin)and a small bit of ham. by golly I got a poor mans antipasta salad. So I went to their website to see if they sent the wrong kind. Nope. This is their definition. So no hard boiled egg, turkey,red onion(or any onion)…In addition to what I listed, it was supposed to include green pepper. Oh yeah, so you don’t say. There it is, those couple of little dots there on top of the ham. It just blended in with the pretty much near full head of lettuce. I’ve got a lot of salads from pizza shops and I’m willing to pay but this is pitiful.
Did I call? Nah. That’s their product and obviously they stand behind it, and the price. There is never resolution anymore anyhowthe dreaded Karen label awaits if you don’t accept. Reviews with photos. Let others know before they waste money.

We absolutely love this pizza. We visited last night during an extremely busy time, and the staff greeted us promptly upon arrival. Everyone was very friendly and handled the high volume with professionalism and efficiency—great job to the entire team. This is our go-to spot on Friday nights, and we will definitely continue coming back.

I ordered x-large deluxe with extra cheese and bbq chicken 14″ with extra cheese and they are definitely not extra cheese but paid the extra money. Other then that the pizzas are ok. The cinnamon sticks however are nasty. The bottom tastes like greasy garlic.

Ordered online. Got an estimated pickup time. I expected it to be plus or minus a few minutes. Arrived. Person at counter seemed to be confused about where my order came from. After about ten minutes some said “your pizza will be out in 20 min”. No apology. Nothing. The pizza was OK. Good for the price. But those ppl need to get their ish together.

Ordered a half sheet of pizza and the pizza was so nasty and paper thin. The crust was so thin and hard. It was like trying to chew on a rock. Also the pepperoni was hard and chewy and i couldn’t even pick up a slice because it fell apart (broke in half or just the hard crust would come apart) as i picked up a piece. I will never order from here again. Thinking id just order the “biggest” pizza they have for my family, get charged and pay for “more pizza” and its as if they used the same amount of dough as they use for their small pizzas and just rolled it out completely flat.
