Friendly attentive employees that help each other, delicious food, very happy with the prices, clean bathroom. I think I found my new breakfast spot!
I ordered an iced tea, the two egg breakfast with corn-beef hash, potatoes and a small pancake with added chocolate chips. I added on a side of grits and a biscuit. The food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. The biscuit was flaky and yummy, the cubed deep-fried potatoes were crispy and tasted like potato which was great! My ice tea was refilled. And all of that for $16 and change? Total win.

Honestly, the highlight of our visit was our server, Brittany C. Her exceptional hospitality was truly refreshing, and it was heartwarming to see the bond she shares with the local community. Watching children come up to present their drawings to her was a touching experience. She embodies the essence of a real-life “Disney Princess,” radiating humility and kindness to everyone she serves. If you’re familiar with the movie/musical Waitress, you’ll recognize her character’s spirit in her as well. This charming local diner is definitely the best place to visit, thanks to its incredible staff!

What a find. Was recommended by a worker at a local cruise parking biz on Merritt Island, FL. Really worth it if you’re driving to or around Port Canaveral. One of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been to. The blueberry pancakes were the best I ever had. Nancy was a gem as we’re all the other waitresses and staff. They are all happy, and a polite crew there. Laid-back friendly atmosphere and they cooked up the best breakfast I’ve had in long time. Well worth it for the food and friendly atmosphere. Not expensive at all, as evidenced by their breakfast specials which were beyond being reasonably priced, and it comes with everything including 2 humongous pancakes. The blueberry ones are absolutely delicious. Say hello to Nancy. She was a gem. Not far off the main road maybe a 1/4 mile off main freeway to cruise port.

This place is amazing. Ask for Meagan, she was so friendly and helpful. The food was worth twice what they charged. My plate filled me up so much I asked for a wheel chair ride back to my truck. LOL Meagan thank you for making our experience one we won’t forget.

Brittany was such a delight as our server at the Cozy Corner Cafe! We passed through on our way back to Orlando and wanted to get some food before our flight home. We were pleasantly greeted and served delicious food. Everyone cleaned their plates! I loved my biscuits and gravy. Brittany was the icing on the cake with her bubbly personality and extra kindness to my four kids.
